Had my garage dr break( spring) on Friday, and called perfect solutions, very polite and within an hr a tech was at my house. Eli fixed the issue ( 2 new springs) and problem solved. He was very professional, polite, and engaged in conversation. He had to work a tittle extra, the bar was a stuck, but it all works great now. I would definitely recommend them.Efficient , prompt, great service and reasonable prices. I'll b calling them bck for any future work.

I found Perfection Solutions Garage Door on Yelp for a door repair. I called in gave my info and the same day someone was at my house. Eli showed up and was very professional, kind and informative. He always kept me in the loop of what needed to be done and came back to do the job when he said he was going to come. He would always text prior to coming as well. This has been a great experience and very fair pricing. I would highly recommend this company and Eli.

I had the best experience with installer Mr.Frank. He arrived on time and was prepared to start the installation. He was very quick and professional. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the new garage being installed in my home. After completing the job he took the time to make sure the garage door was working properly. I strongly recommend this company to install all future garages and I will be letting other neighbors know about this company. Thank you Frank for everything.

Im not sure why someone will go with another company! Completely speechless on how this company works, i used perfect solutions garage doors to install brand new doors and a couple of new construction homes. Mike and his team did an amazing job, from communicating, explaining the process, giving the best prices and quality install. My parents had a broken spring on their garage door. They called a couple of companies referred by neighbors who did not return their calls. I called A Perfect Solutions and they immediately l called me back with a same day appointment- and about 30 minutes later the technician called me again to say he was very close and could be there within 30 minutes. He showed up on time, assessed the situation which required more work than we expected, gave a fair price, and had the work done in no time. He even took extra time to help my mom reprogram the garage opener controls inside their cars before he left. It was truly 5 star service.

Highly recommend! I got a free, in-person quote that came in $500 below the competition. (I got four bids.) So nice to have a company that doesn't try to upsell you on a bunch of features you don't need! Frank got me on the schedule just two days later, and today I have a brand new door and lift! Frank came back to do the work himself. He was on time, professional, and went out of his way to keep my house clean. Even moved stuff out of the way for me. Very courteous and pleasant to work with.

The BEST outcome I could have imagined! When I called, I had a huge problem. A vehicle ran into my garage door, crumbling it. That created a serious security issue for me. Needless to say, I was in great need for IMMEDIATE assistance. Where other companies were not interested in providing same day service on a late Saturday afternoon, You greeted my call in a very friendly and helpful manner. The "icing on the cake" was Eli. When Eli arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and had a solution and plan in place. He was extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly and caring of my circumstance. I know my request was not an easy one; I needed my garage door and all of it's components to be completely replaced ASAP. And although it was late in the afternoon on a Saturday, Eli made it happen! Additionally, he made sure that the garage door could be secured as well as possible, so that no one could easily gain entrance overnight. Then, the next day, which was Sunday morning, Eli's promise to have everything taken care of first thing, happened! Yet he didn't stop with just the bare minimum. Eli did everything in his power to make certain that my special requests were accommodated... cosmetic requests. Eli also check in on me the day of installation and the following business day. Additionally, I was given the opportunity to make changes to the window glass portions of the top section of my new garage door. The professionalism and sincere care that was shown me throughout this entire process, gives me such confidence in referring You to each of my family members, friends, colleagues and associates. I must say, Eli actually made all the difference by his knowledge and genuine concern for my needs. After having met him, I had no question that I had made the right decision to have y'all come out and take care of my problem. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was absolutely fair. I just had my old automatic garage door replaced. My neighbors are rejoicing! I called for an estimate and Perfect Solutions Garage Door had a rep out the next day to show me my options. I placed the order and it was installed within a week. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I would use them again.

Our garage door spring broke sometime Saturday evening and we didn't realize it until we got home. Sunday we called around to a couple places with no luck and the gentleman my husband spoke with here said he could have someone out a few hours from when he called. A technician came out Sunday evening (same day we called) and was able to replace both springs in about 45 minutes. Sorry, I don't remember the technicians name. We thought what we paid was reasonable and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking.

I was scheduled for a new garage door and motor. Gonzalo Alvarado was great and professional. Communicated to me on what he was going to be doing and how long he was going to be. He was knowledgeable of the garage motor and informed me that I would need to get a better motor since the one installed could not handle the weight of the new garage door. HIghly recommend.

I called them to schedule a repair for my single-door garage, and the customer service representative was rude and dismissive. He told me that they don't repair single-door garages, and that I should call a different company. I was surprised and frustrated by this response. When the garage door springs goes - you know it! We were so fortunate to call Perfect Solutions Garage Door and have Eli come to our rescue. Our cars were trapped inside the garage, but Perfect Solutions had Eli out at our house in no time! Eli is professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. He answered all my questions before and during our repair. I had seen the other reviews and felt very confident in my choice of companies, but Eli made sure I was very satisfied with the operation of the door. You just don't see this kind of service anymore. I called another company and they didn't even bother to call back. Perfect Solutions had people booking appointments that were always available, and Eli even called to answer some of my questions. Later he called to let me know he was on the way! Don't waste your time looking for another company. The owner, Mike, runs his company to provide quality service at a fair price.

I contacted them in the middle of the day and they responded so quickly. They sent someone out to my home within 15 minutes. Amrou came to give me an estimate and it was the best one I had received. He said that he could do the job of replacing the broken spring right then. He finished the job within 30 minutes and it is worked perfectly. Super happy with the response time and the professionalism. Amrou did a great job and I would call him again if we needed anything else.

Great experience. Shawn called before coming to see if he could direct me over the phone for possible fixes. This would have saved me time and money if I could fix any problems myself. Ultimately, my garage door opener was needing to be replaced. He came out the same day and replaced everything in a clean and timely manner. On Christmas Eve, we were preparing to host a party when our garage door was thrown off its tracks. Something obstructed the door on its way down and the door ended up at 30and deg; angle with several rollers entirely off the tracks. In a panic, we called Perfect Solutions and left a description of the situation. Shawn called back within 10 min. or so and was out to our house within the hour. Guests were already arriving, but Shawn quickly surveyed the situation and got to work. He was expert and workmanlike in everything he did. Although he worked alone, he got everything better than new within 90 min., including a re-greasing of parts, re-tensioning the spring and some good advice on maintenance. Very businesslike, yet personable, would confidently recommend him to any friends/family who have a need. It wasn't cheap, but they gave us an estimate before coming out and stayed within that range. This could have been a disaster, but they enabled us to attend to our guests and took care of things better than we could have hoped. THANKS! I was impressed by Sean's professionalism, knowledge and personable quality. During the entire process, he went out of his way to help me solve several additional problems on his own time and without adding charges. He contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to speed up the delivery of the new garage doors. As soon as the new garage doors arrived, he arranged the installations right away upon my wish, which happened to be on a Sunday. A month later, responding my urgent request, Sean came out to inspect the garage door to make sure it was not damaged by my carelessness. I was assured that no structural damage was done and he went ahead to fixed a minor issue which was in cosmetic nature. In conclusion, Sean was genuinely helpful, trustworthy and personable, and I especially appreciated the way he always communicated with me without delay. I called Mike around 10AM and left a message with his service. Within minutes he had returned my call and was able to set an appointment to see my problem within a few hours. Mike needed parts to effect my repair and the only source for them was at least 60-90 minutes round trip. I fully expected to have him come back another day, but he recognized that I had a lot of expensive equipment in my garage and he knew it was not a great idea to leave it unlocked with a damaged opener. He didn't hesitate and told me if it was OK with me he would get the part and be back late afternoon/early evening to fix the door. Sure enough, he was back when he said, repaired the door and secured my garage all this AND at a very reasonable price. Mike was a tad late to the appointment but he was also quick to come out, so I still give him good marks for punctuality. The entire installation took only about an hour and he was very knowledgeable and professional. In addition to changing the opener, he greased the track and also lubricated the door hinges. Mike mentioned some potential fixes that may be coming (springs, rollers, etc.) but he did not try to hard sell these items. Just a friendly heads up for a homeowner, which I think is the best way to approach things. That way I can do my own research and decide if these items are needed, and when to replace them. All told it was a good experience and I would recommend Mike to friends, family and Angie's list members. Services Rendered: Mike came out and replaced my garage door opener.
