my garage door motor was not working and I called this company. They came out the same day which was a Saturday. They not only provided a free estimate but fixed the problem very easily. They did not charge me a dime. They were so available, polite, helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. I would go back to this business in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

I had a garage door repair company come out and repair my garage door. They misrepresented themselves as a subcontractor of Woodland & Davis Garage Door and charge me $1,000 to repair my garage door. I contacted Dan at Woodland & Davis Garage Door after the work was done and asked him if he subcontracted with other businesses and he said no. I told him what I was charged for the services which were done and he said he would have charged me only $275. He instructed me to contact the other garage door repair company and tell them I thought I was working with Woodland & Davis Garage Door and they misrepresented themselves. I requested they refund me $725 which they did. Dan was extremely helpful in helping me get my refund.

I highly recommend Woodland Davis garage door! I had an issue on a Friday evening with my garage door as my spring had snapped. I called and spoke with Danny and he made sure that I had someone at my house first thing Saturday morning to replace the spring. Their responsiveness is top notch and they follow through with very reasonable pricing!

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my new garage door. Because it was an old home and this being the first powered garage door, it was not an easy or traditional install. But Israel did a phenomenal job overcoming the challenges of my house and I have a beautiful new door that fits perfectly and runs smoothly and quietly. 10/10 would recommend!

My garage door was pretty loud on opening and has been for years. Figured the spring needed to be replaced. Called Woodland & Davis Garage Door this morning and they had someone out by early afternoon. They quickly did a lubrication and adjustment maintenance job on it and that was all that was needed. Fast, excellent service and the price was excellent as well. I'll use them for any future needs as well.

Thank you to the fellas at Woodland & Davis Garage Door for their quick and professional services! They came out promptly the next day of my initial call to diagnose my garage door that recently stopped opening and closing. They were back within a day to repair my home's garage door motor that had burned out. After installation I was giving thorough instructions on my new unit. Bonus- the technician completely cleaned up any and all scraps from the removal and installation from the old and new garage door motor.

I don't really write reviews, but I do read them to make the best decisions and in this case I really want people to know why I'm giving Woodland & Davis Garage Doors 5 stars. I am very please with their customer service. Danny came to our house to give us an estimate and was very thorough explaining what needed to be done and going over our options depending on our budget. Another guy came to install the door. He arrived around the time we were told they would and took exactly the approximate time they told us it would to install the door. A couple of hours after he was gone, Danny called to check how everything went and if we had any questions, making sure we were satisfied with the job. Very professional and excellent service. Needless to say, I love our new garage door! And I would definitely recommend them if you're looking into purchasing one!

He arrived quickly. Very professional, went right to work replacing 2 garage door springs . Everything thing works so smoothly ,better than ever. Secured / Closed both of my garage doors before leaving and left work area clean. They have also replaced both of my door motors which are also working fantastic. Been in Woodland 10 years and highly recommend for any of your garage door needs.

Garage door broke Wednesday. They came out the same day and diagnosed my issue (which was my motor needed replaced), and then called me the next day to explained everything over the phone in detail (I was at work the previous day). Our garage door spring broke over the weekend. We had been through this before 12 years ago. The first time we paid a hefty surcharge for a company to come out on a Sunday. This time we could not find a company that had an opening on Sunday. We scheduled Woodland & Davis Garage Door to come out Monday morning. An extra star is deserved for showing up 1/2 hour early. It's a 1/2 hour job so the work was completed by the time of our appointment. The installer checked and tightened the screws in the door and did some more maintenance after replacing the screw. We recommend Woodland & Davis Garage Door.

I can't leave a zero, but this owner sucks! He has call me at work and lied on line saying he offered me a refund! I didn't complain for a refund, it's a warning to look elsewhere! They installed the wrong springs on my insulated doors. Another company told me when Woodland- Davis was too busy to repair my broken springs and damaged door. Be careful with this company! And yes I used them regularly till October 2022! Never again.

PRO: Jason and Erica were amazing! CON: NONE!! We rarely post 5-star reviews! We had issues with closing our garage door. We called on Wednesday afternoon, where Erica made an appointment the next day, and also told us how to open/close the garage door manually. Jason arrived at the appropriate time. He was conscientious to wear a mask. Jason quickly diagnosed the problem; the sensor had slipped. He quickly aligned the sensor. Jason then tested the Unit several times, and clearly and respectfully explained what he did, and how to prevent this problem in the future. Jason was also magnanimous NOT to charge us for his time! What we admire was how Erica and Jason treated us, with respect, dignity, and intelligence. We highly recommend them for your Garage door needs! Services Rendered: Garage Door Would NOT close

I was pretty satisfied with them all the way around. Their responsivenesss is the best. It was a half day job. Th wprker was good. They're very responsive, He explained everything well, and what he was going to do. Services Rendered: They just installed a new and exsisting garage door opener. Our car garage in one of the single unit didn't have a garage door opener because they moved our old one over to the side that didn't have one. Then our spring had broken, they replaced the spring and installed the new garage opener on our car.

Our technician, Armando, came out on Saturday, July 9th right on time and got right to work. He went above and beyond to make sure our door was stable, in alignment, and operating smoothly. He gave us a detailed tutorial of our new garage door opener-which we supplied-to make sure we understood all of the features and how to set up the smartphone options.
