Google5Broken spring on my shop door and couldn't open it. Gave coast door a call and in a couple hours tech showed up and got my door temporarily fixed while parts were being ordered. Came back a couple days later and finished the repair. Door runs better now than it did new.

Google5We are extremely happy with Coast Garage Door. Yes, the environmental conditions are different on the coast, and if your house was constructed by a company that does not understand the fact construction needs are different inland vs. coast, you're probably struggling with mysterious problems, as we are. The Portland-based contractor who built our home installed a wood-composite garage door - what a big mistake. The moisture and salt are wreaking havoc on the door and the connecting hardware. Coast Garage Door was able to repair the connecting hardware and we'll be working with them next season to and install a stainless steel replacement garage door. A big bonus is Coast Garage Door was able to find a near paint color match for the door. They are very professional and helpful. We will continue to work with them for as long as we own our home in Cannon Beach.

Google5Excellent and fast service! You never know when you choose randomly from a google search. I highly recommend this company to work with. I needed the wires/connections repaired for the automatic door and they came and fixed it promptly (and the cost was very reasonable). I'm happy I called them!

Google5I called upon Coast Garage Door for maintenance on qty2 garage door openers at my residence. I had a qualified tech at my place in no time and following a detailed review of my existing hardware, I made the decision to upgrade both openers. I received a quote in just minutes following our review and had the new installation scheduled shortly thereafter. The installation was efficient and completed without issue. Additionally, I had the existing door wheels upgraded and a keypad device installed. These are now the quietest doors I have ever owned and they're operating safely with new short-stem 13 ball-bearing nylon rollers and new door-reversing sensors. I utilized the recommended model: 84501-8 LiftMaster Belt Drive units and am very pleased with the operation, look, low volume and LED lights. This is a great option and much improved over the older chain or lead-screw driven openers. BIG THANKS to Joel and Hunter for all the assistance and would strongly recommend their service! I appreciate the open communications and text/vmails surrounding the installation and service. Thanks again!

Google5We had two great experiences with Coast Garage Door. They installed new door last spring, being very courteous and clean. We tripped the wire a few months later and they came to our rescue quickly, efficiently, and with fantastic understanding. Again a year later we experienced a sensor not working correctly, and they returned to help diagnose the issue and make an immediate repair. I love this company because they are truly responsive, understanding and always willing to assist. They understand the business and have terrific customer service.
