Google5My garage door got messed up in the ice storm and pelican came right out. Figured out what was wrong ordered the parts. Everything done in the timely and professional manner. Very pleased!

Google5Pelican came out to fix a 'simple' noise problem on a 20 year old garage door, and found other maintenance issues to address. A second technician arrived to help. I was impressed with their knowledge and dedication! They problem solved for almost 2 hours. Five stars for their effort.

Google5** 100% RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! ** I found Pelican online and submitted a request there. Derek called back within an hour or two. I could tell he was knowledgeable and honest, offering experienced feedback on what we could expect with the repair. He was able to fit me in the following day, even after dark. Derek went above and beyond to tighten and replace items as needed, without charging extra. He took time to explain his process and what we should do to ensure the door works properly for a long as possible. His prices were fair and my gut feeling about his integrity was proven true. I would (and will) absolutely recommend this company for quality work, a fair price, and a company you can trust. Thank you!

Google5Pelican garage doors did a great job replacing my garage door. Everything from the initial phone call, bid and installation. Jarob did a great job with the installation and contacted me with pictures as soon as he was finished. I would definitely recommend.

Google5Fast response. Derek diagnosed the problem and did a torsion conversion on our broken spring. Also tested our wall switch and determined that a new switch was needed. He had the part on his truck and tested our remotes also. Efficient and professional service. Highly recommend this company.

Google5Derrick and Jarob installed a new LiftMaster door opener for us today. Quality of installation and product are both excellent and we are very pleased. I'd highly recommend Pelican!

Google5It's so great to have Pelican Garage Doors as a vendor in Lincoln City. Pelican treats customers like they should be treated... with professionalism, respect and courtesy. From the first interaction when providing an inspection and estimate to the install, the owner, Derek, provided the ultimate in customer service. He helped us make decisions on the door design and was very patient with us. We were kept well informed on the timing of delivery and install. The install happened exactly as promised. When installing the door, Derek planned for any contingencies and completed the job in a way which was best for us. I can't recommend Pelican Garage Doors and Derek high enough. See attached before and after photos. Note, bottom window insert to be installed soon. It was mis-shipped by the manufacturer...not Pelican's fault.
