Google5live in Salem Ore, And Dakota just left after fixing our garage door which got damaged during the ice storm we had,what a pleasant young man with a beautiful soul! should be the poster boy for the company and very good price ,heck the maintenances advice he gave me was worth the price!

Google5Dakota came out within a few hours of us first calling about our broken spring (20+ years old door/opener, originally installed by a different company). He explained what was needed and why, the price, and how best to maintain the parts to make them last. He had the correct replacement spring ready in his truck, and was done within half an hour. Very professional and kind. 10/10 recommend.

Google5Dakota was very helpful and was not in a rush. He solved my door opener problem immediately and then took time to discuss options for a replacement door. He also talked a bit about ProLift's business philosophy and service attitude. I could not ask for a more professional and personable company rep, A++

Google5Great company, quoted us right away and did the job within no time. We went from an old wooden garage door to a new one which was painted after install. Definitely recommend.

Yelp3A mixed review - inquired through Yelp! ProLift responded right away. Asked the online person for quote. Quote matched the offer in present with some additional packages for upgrade. When asking online if the work could be done the same day. The answer was yes. However, when the crew showed up, they didn't have the right parts - it's a guessing game based on size of springs. So, they had to reschedule for next day. When looking over the various packages, they do a good, better, best approach. When it was described to me, the best approach seemed like a good solution as they offer a 10-year warranty, many parts replaced, and the guy who was here noticed the rubber on the bottom of the door and I heard him say he would throw that in if I went with the best option. So, next day they show up on time to perform the work and it seems (time will tell) like they did a good job. Nice guys on the crew. When asked about the rubber on the bottom of the door, I was told they could not do it as it was about $150.00 in material. Verbal discussions are difficult to hold accountability and nothing on the bottom rubber was in writing. So, be careful what is conveyed verbally. Anything is possible in verbal communications. Just be sure to get things in writing if anything is verbally conveyed beyond the packages. So, again, mixed review. Seems like a good company, friendly crew. Just wish it was a little smoother and I felt like the miscommunication on the rubber was questionable.

Yelp5I had a spring break on my garage door and ProLift was out quickly to quote and replace the spring with even a heavier duty one. Their price was good and Matt was very professional and had my door working in less than I hour. Great service and people. I highly recommend them for prompt, professional and knowledgeable service.

Yelp5I will not back into my beautiful new garage door installed today by PROLIFT GARAGE DOORS of Salem Oregon. The day after Thanksgiving I was searching and calling and Gabe Peace, owner of PROLIFT GARAGE DOORS in Salem Oregon, came to look and promised an estimate in a couple of days. A man of his word and a company to take note of. I now have a lovely new door and the courteous hard working installer did a wonderful job. This is a company I will call again if I need this kind of help. The company, the owner Gabe (and his wife), and the installer (I neglected to get his name) were all courteous and knowledgeable and the installer even instructed me on how and when to lubricate the parts and what to use. They did an awesome job and I am very pleased.
