The worse experience I have ever had with a major company. My door opener was installed 2 yrs ago that is hardly used, I store my motorcycle in there. It broke Saturday. When checked out found several bolts that had not been tightened, not even a wrench mark on the nuts. Called Overhead Door was told no warranty on installation after 1 year. My thought is if it was installed correctly I would not be going through this. I am a disabled woman on my own but I still will stand up for what I think is right. THIS IS JUST WRONG.
