Reviewed 18 June 2021 - Called Strobel Door on 17 June 2021 about 12PM. Explained the door problem and he said they could stop by the next morning about 8:30AM. The crew (2) arrived about 8;20AM and as I was preparing to explain the problems with the door they informed me that they could see the problem (the top rail had separated from the reinforcement). Short story short, they had it fixed, readjusted, serviced and back in operation before 9AM. Can not be more satisfied and would recommend Strobel Door & Repair without any reservations.
