Google5Our garage door technician showed up ahead of schedule and completed the repairs in about an hour. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. A first class experience. The door sounds brand new and I will definitely recommend this company to all friends and family.

Google5I have a older door that was painted to match the front door. My installer who was immensely knowledgeable was able to install all new hardware including new tracks tracks. He found discounts I was eligible for and gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. The workmanship was flawless, and the customer service was second to none! I would recommend A+ doors to anyone looking to upgrade or just have preventative maintenance performed on their garage door.

Google5Kasey did an amazing job. He was fast and efficient! He was called in for something small and did a quick inspection and then found that there were some major repairs that were needed. He got the approval from our home managers and fixed the problem quick and easy. Thank you so much for all you did!

Google5Preston came out and did a great job assessing the issue we had with our garage door quickly and efficiently. He answered all the questions we had. Not the first time we have had A Plus do work for us. Friendly and efficient service is definitely part of this companies culture and I very much appreciate it!

Google5Very pleased with my experience with A Plus garage doors. I had them install the door motor several years ago and when the old spring on the door broke today, they sent someone out a few hours later to fix that and the other issues with the door. Jake Bright and Rich were amazing technicians and explained everything so well and were very respectful of my time and my house. They did a great job. I hope nothing wrong happens with my garage, but if it does, I will 100% go back to A Plus

Google4We reached out after our garage door spring broke on 12/19/23, and both the garage door and opener had been struggling for a while before that, so we decided to replace both. They had someone out to meet with us the same day, and we got a complimentary temporary spring repair to have a functional garage door by the next day. Final replacement was done on 1/29/24, and the process took about 5 hours. Very satisfied with finished product. Looks great and works great. Everyone I interacted with at every stage of the process was polite and professional, and seemed sincerely concerned with making sure I was satisfied and that a high quality product and service were delivered. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured. My only criticism is the garage floor could have been left a little cleaner at the end (and it wasn't bad--this is just me being extremely detail oriented). I had to do some sweeping and pick up some screws and a few small pieces of debris. I'm glad I found the screws before my car tires did! That said, I wouldn't hesitate to give a strong recommendation.

Google5A plus garage doors did an amazing job. They did a temporary repair on my old door so I could still use it until my new door arrived. Cameron was very professional and stayed late installing the new door.

Google5We needed two doors replaced at our business. Everyone I've dealt with through the process have been incredibly helpful. The pricing was very reasonable, communication regarding our installation was great. Tyson installed both doors and did a fantastic job. He reviewed the install and maintenance with us and left our shop cleaner than he found it. I would absolutely recommend A Plus Garage Doors and will continue to use them in the future.

Yelp1Very dishonest. The chain was off of my garage door and I called A Plus for a repair. A kid named Nate came and said I needed a new opener- the sprocket was stripped. It was only 7 years old, and I could see the chain hanging- he never attempted to repair. He said if I wanted to repair it would be 2 weeks (custom parts) and $700 in parts; but I could have a new one installed Tomorrow(!) for $1100. I reluctantly agreed. After the new one was installed, I asked to see the "stripped gear". The techs were embarrassed- It was not stripped! After contacting management, they re-installed my old one with the chain replaced on the sprocket. It works FINE. They assured me my $500+ deposit would be credited immediately. It was not. I contacted Ryan Rohl, who is management. He confirmed my story with the techs last Monday, and said he would refund immediately. 6 days later, I called Chase Bank- NO REFUND PROCESSED. I've opened a dispute, but these guys are not worth the trouble! Nate is a liar, or incompetent, or both...perhaps he works on commission? And for management to tell me the refund was processed and not do it is really unacceptable. There are lots of other choices...avoid A Plus.

Yelp5I was so impressed with the ease and connivence of working with A Plus Garage. The wall switch had gone out and we were out of town and we needed to get the switch fixed. They were easy to schedule, fair pricing and made the entire process simple.

Yelp5A+ deserves an A+. Finding a quality technician these days is 50:50, but in the case of Craig, we were IMPRESSED!! He called to let us know his ETA, which is important; he assessed our situation, which is 7 years of deferred maintenance and some ground settling; and then he completed the work in a timely manner. In our case, we failed 14 of the 21 point inspection - and yes, these were all visibly apparent, so the assessment was fair, the price very reasonable and the work high quality. And equally important, Craig is very personable, very professional, and by our assessment, genuinely the nicest technician of any the many individuals who have done work on our home. I highly recommend Craig and A+ ....Thank you for a job well done!!!

Yelp5These guys are solid. I went on Yelp and sent a request for a quote. Within a couple of hours I was called. We discussed scope of work and cost. They sent someone out next day. Mitchel arrived in the AM, while I was at work he performed the job. Reconfirmation of scope of work, cost, and payment for the job was discussed over the phone. Cost and quality was inline with the original phone quote. Can't ask for much more. Thanks!

Yelp5The springs on my garage door broke just as I arrived home from running an errand. Right away, I Googled garage door repair services and I got lucky! I called A Plus Garage Doors and spoke with Annette who was incredibly helpful and sympathized with my situation. She was able to get their technician to my home in 30 minutes. When Anthony arrived, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He fixed the springs and replaced the rollers in less than an hour so that I could get on with my day. It is hard to find good service where people seem to really care, which is why I have taken the time to write a review because it is well deserved!
