On time and was very friendly and when he was finished with the installation, explained how to open and close the door making sure I didn't have any questions. AAA came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend AAA Garage Door. My garage door spring broke, and I phoned AAA Garage Door at 11:30 a.m. Their technician was at my home by 1:45 pm (promised time window 1-2 pm!!!) and had the spring fixed by 2:40. What a refreshing experience, arriving on time (and same day) and fixing the problem.
My garage door opener died, called my guys at AAA Garage Door the next morning for a replacement. They came and had a new unit installed and working by lunch time! Great team! Great work!

Cash came & provided excellent service. I was charged a reasonable price for the repair and it was done promptly and professionally. A different company quoted $560 for the repair that AAA quoted $144. Will use them in the future if needed.
These are the nicest people I've ever dealt with. They show up in time and help you find the best value for the money. (I haven't gotten my doors in yet but it was communicated to me that there are a lot of delays in getting product right now. That's true across the board.) The garage door installer took the time to help me program the keypad and all my remotes. He was very patient.
We had an issue with our garage door, so I contacted AAA Garage Door. They were prompt to answer my phone call and schedule an appointment. Then they came out and fixed my garage door. They have a very professional crew and they even set us up with some advanced features on our key pad. I highly recommend their team.

Scott was very friendly and professional my tension spring broke on my garage door and my car was stuck in the garage. With very little notice, Scott showed up to my house and had me fixed in no time at all. The price was very reasonable and was fair. I will absolutely be using this company again.
Garage door broke after the power outage this week. Called AAA after hours and left a message asking them for service the following morning. Chris, who was incredibly nice, called before 8am that next morning and had one of his guys, Jake, to my house at 8:15. Garage door was fixed by 9am, price was very fair and reasonable. Jake was polite and efficient. Garage door is working great now. This is the second time in the past few years that I've used AAA and the experience has been consistently great. AAA is the best! One of my garage door springs broke this morning. I called AAA at 10am and the technician was out and ready to work by 2:30pm. Quick quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!
I had an inoperable garage door in need of fast replacement. I called AAA based on reviews and couldn't be more pleased. I left a message and received a return call within 10 minutes. Scott said he was just finishing up with a client and can he come by in 30 minutes. He was actually early and confirmed what I knew which the 30 year door needed to be replaced. He recommended a door based on the style of our front door and windows. He also gave me a great price on a new opener, even though I thought the existing one could still do the job, I trusted his judgement. He said it could be ordered and done in 10 Days but would get it done as soon as the door was in (big box store had a 30 day delivery window!). He never pressured me and was ready to go to his next appointment and give me time to think about it but I wanted it done quickly so I signed right then and there based on His responsiveness and competitor price. Within 8 Days I had a new door and opener that I couldn't be more pleased with. I'm glad he convinced me to go with the new opener. Scott continued to be communicative and kept me informed through out the process. His team was on time, efficient and neat. There was a dent in one panel (not caused by installation) that needed to be replaced and it was replaced two days after installation. Scott would not leave until I was 100% satisfied. Great job and I highly recommend anyone that needs a new door or a repair to call AAA

Ten years ago my tension spring broke and I called these guys. They fixed the door in good time and at a reasonable price. (I keep notes in my calendar). Yesterday, my garage door wouldn't open. I assumed it was a tension spring again and called them leaving a message. When someone does a great job, on time and reasonably priced, I look no further. They called promptly this morning and gave me a time window, which fell in line with my having to pick up the kids from school. They arrived on time within the given time period. He looked at the door and told me my springs were fine. He pried open the door with my crowbar in about 3 seconds. Tested the door - all is well! He said, "Merry Christmas!" and there was no charge. So, I've had 2 experiences with this company, both extremely satisfactory and should I ever need a new garage door or the one I have fixed, I'll be calling this company again. THANK YOU!!!!
