I use Canyon Overhead Doors for many jobs around my large factory. They are straight, quick, honest and to the point. All techs are very skilled. Although we have 2 techs we normally work with, in emergency we get the on-call person. We have always been satisfied with the work provided and the speedy response. Extremely dependable and quality service.

I had double and single insulated garage doors installed by Canyon Overhead Doors in 2020. One of the rails came loose last week. We contacted Canyon Overhead Doors and they came right out and fixed it. They were pleasant, professional and took care of us even though it was a very busy day for them. We love our doors and the service. I appreciate this company. They stand behind their work. Jim in Cottonwood Heights

It's been a great experience working with Canyon Overhead Doors. They do a lot more than just overhead doors. They replaced a transition plate at our terminal in SLC and did a phenomenal job! Jason and company are now our first option for any terminal repairs.

Jason was fast and great. He fixed the door fast same day by improving the operational design. And he gave us recommendations to improve the door longevity. Would completely recommend them hands down 10 times over. Thank you.

They did a great job. Recommended. Today was a service call. One of the 12 volt wires for the protection system got pinched so the tech came in and replaced the run. I called for the srevice call on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday. I am pleased with that speed of service.

Megan, from the office, called to schedule and confirm installation. She was very nice and organized. We had an issue where are garage door came off the track so we hired Canyon Overhead Doors to come out and fix it. We've had to call them back out multiple times and paid them over $900 over the multiple visits and they still haven't fixed the problem. They don't even seem to be able to figure out what is causing the problem. Maybe for a basic repair these guys do okay but for anything difficult or complicated, I would definitely call someone else. I'm now having to find someone else to fix it properly. Save yourself money in the long run and find someone that can fix the problem right the first time.

I have used Canyon Doors for the past 10 years for repairs and service of my garage door. Each repair has been accomplished either same day, or within 24 hours of contacting them. Jason is usually the one to do the work. Always great and professional service! I needed their services again this week to repair a broken panel. I've decided to finally have a new door installed. Jason came through once again, and did a repair on my current door until the new one can be installed in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Canyon Overhead Doors to anyone in need of their services! Thank You!

All around incredible service. I couldn't get into my garage early this morning, and luckily these guys are open 24/7. They sent a guy right away. Jason was very pleasant to work with and was able to get my doors open quickly. Couldn't be a better experience.

This homie got out of bed and saved me from being trapped in my apartment complexes garage super late night. Spring was broken and the door could not open, but they were able to fix the spring and get the door open and free your boy. Very professional, but also super friendly and nice. Thank you so much!

The way a service professional should be! After having experienced a few garage door companies over the past four years, I can stop my search. Canyon has checked all the boxes. 1- No upsell. Mike was awesome. He didn't tell me my garage setup was crap cause it was 20 years old. I had another highly rated company out a month earlier for some weather seal work and they quoted me a whole new setup for several thousand dollars. None of the stuff was really needed according to Mike. 2- Knowledgeable. Mike was able to determine the cause within 5 minutes of arriving. He was willing to just replace the capacitor ($20.) They believe in repairing a simple part instead of being wasteful by replacing a decent unit. They even have spare parts on the truck. This type of thinking earns a customer for life. I know when it is time for replacement, I will just call Canyon. They didn't lose a sale, they actually gained a long term customer and many referrals. 3- Timely and modern. They were able to send someone within 3 hours of calling. He even arrived early from the previous job in Park City. The lady who answered is very friendly. They text you an appointment summary (with a map) and text you when the technician is on their way. At the end, you get a summary of what was done and can pay with credit card via the text, email or technician. 4- Pricing. Pricing was fair. I don't have their full price list but a tuneup was just $100. They don't seem like they nickel and dime like other do to say they are the cheapest. I also asked what a new unit would cost and the price was fair so when the time comes, not going to hesitate. Did I mention no upsell? Seriously, these guys have earned my trust.

Fast and reliable. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work. The first time I contacted the company, I met with the owner and purchased springs. He not only sold them to me, but answered all the questions I had pertaining to their installation. A year later I needed work done on the door, and he came out and took care of the problem. This time around I had him replace the bottom rubber seal along with the metal bracket. In one business day he came out and had it done. They'll even do emergency calls. I highly recommend them. Last year a friend of mine called me and said something like this, "I just had the springs replaced on my garage door, I can't believe how good these guys are". I then asked him, was it canyon overhead doors? And he said, "wait, I already told you about them?" Hahaha I told him that it's the same company I had used.

Canyon Overhead Doors is great. I called on a Monday at 9 am and they got someone out to my house at 1:00 to fix my garage door. They communicated well through their appointment system to let me know that the appointment was set up and to let me know when the technician was on the way and he showed up on time. Mike was polite and fixed the door in no time and at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to use them again.
