Same-day service in a snow storm at a reasonable price! That's going the extra mile. My lift motor malfunctioned and the door would not close. The broken parts were replaced quickly and the motor is quieter than ever. Thanks for doing it right!!

A spring on my garage door broke on Friday. I saw a 10 year old address sticker below my garage door opener in the garage. I had no idea if they were in business, but I would not have put the sticker there unless they did a good job for me previously. I called at 2 in the afternoon on Friday. I was told they were doing work in Eagle Mountain and it would be Monday. I received a call in about 90 minutes that they were 10 minutes away. Within 30 minutes everything was fixed up perfectly. It doesn't get better than that.

Let me start by saying, I'm an older dude and it is so refreshing to experience "back in the day" customer service as compared to the apathetic modern version. When my garage door broke this morning I thought I would have to replace it. The top panel was mangled beyond what I thought could be repaired. I first reached out to the company that installed the door but after waiting 2 hours for a reply I called The Garage Door Man. Sean had my wife's car free from my initial phone call to working in about an hour and 45 minutes. When he told me the price I couldn't believe it. I gave him extra because I felt like he didn't charge me enough.

Jason does quality work and comes out quickly. I've used The Garage Door Man four times over the years and they have done a great job each time. They stand behind their work. The Garage Door Man prices are fair and competitive, and they do the job right.
