Google5These guys are awesome. Timely! Saved all component information for future failures. In and Out. Humbly fixed my sensors because they were mounted incorrect. Didn't even mention it. Strongly recommend. Also because I used cash, highly discounted. Saved up a ton to fix my door thinking it was going to take a while and didn't even use 1/4 of what I saved up. Hallelujah!

Google5I went into their storefront get two new garage clickers and one keypad the ladies up front were amazing and so professional. I really wish I could remember the lady's name that help me and I would put her on blast. But anywho she went back there got the stuff I needed knew exactly what I needed and programmed everything right there. I was out the door in 10-15 minutes tops! Thank you so much for your help and I love supporting our community.

Yelp1Concho valley door spent less than 10 minutes putting a wheel and a nut on my door to fix it. I was charged over 100 dollars. I called (spoke to Lisa) to ask why it was so much and all I was repeatedly told was that "that's their standard fee." Lisa was very impatient with my questions, kept interrupting me with "that's our standard fee." I will never do business with this place again! Concho valley door is a rip off!!!!

Google5Love supporting local businesses! They are always very responsive and attentive to your needs. They also can design and build pretty much any driveway gate you cam imagine! They do way more than just garage doors. Amazing customer service and support beyond the sale.

Google5Great customer service. Although there is quite a long wait for gate repair with only one crew, they were here when they were scheduled and did the work for the price quoted. We have had nothing but issues with the gate since we purchased the property and weren't sure it was repairable. We had to schedule two repairs because when the techs were here they noticed that they could improve the gate structurally to help with the issues we were having and were even willing to roll the work all into the same bill once completed. We had another electronic issue between repairs so they stopped by between jobs to get it functioning until they could be out for the additional work. They showed up, again, as scheduled and did a fantastic job of reworking the gate and tracks. It hasn't run this well since we have owned it. Great work and very nice, professional folks. Thank you!!

Google5Weld broke on gate drive arm. We don't have livestock and gate is pretty much decorative. However we do have dogs that it keeps in. Asked to fix they said may be a week but would put us on list. Gate tech on his way to another job stopped by to look and fixed the same day. Very pleased w prompt attention.

Google5Concho Valley Garage installed our garage door, and the automated gate on our property. In addition, they have done maintenance and repair work for us over the last 10 years. In all cases, I have found them to be professional, courteous, prompt and fair in their prices. On several occasions when we had difficulty with equipment we purchased from them, they really acted as our advocates with the manufacturer to get things made right. I really appreciate doing business with them, and appreciate how they take care of their customers. I give them my highest recommendation.

Google5They installed 2 doors for me in a tight garage and did a very nice job. They worked clean and the bill exactly matched the estimate. I was impressed.

Angi5A person came out and looked at the door and I told them that their competition had come out and said I needed a brand-new garage door and that it would cost $1,000. The repair person told me I didn't need a new door and jumped on the door and pulled the dent out and then made sure that the door worked properly. He save me a lot of money and said I didn't need to pay anything. I told him I felt bad that he had spent work time fixing the door so would he do a service call and I could pay him for the service call. He lubricated everything (chain) and tightened stuff (nuts/bolts) and made sure the door was going up and down - opening and closing properly. I gave him a check for $75.00. Services Rendered: I backed into a closed garage door that I thought was open and dented the garage door. Called and someone came out same day and fixed the door for free. I wanted to pay them something for helping me so they did a service call and I paid them $75. They savde me from another garage door business that came out earlier and told me I needed a new $1,000 garage door.

Angi5The verbal quote I received via initial phone call was the same quote the tech provided when he showed up, and the job turned out to be less based on the springs that I needed. Company was responsive to my questions. The technician was polite and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Services Rendered: Replaced two (single car) garage door tension springs.

Yelp5Excellent customer service and prompt appointments! I've used them twice now & both times they managed to get out to my house the same day I called. Professional employees who get the job done quickly & completely. If I needed garage door maintenance in the future, they would be the first ones I call!

Angi3The tech did not have the part on the truck and had to back to the office. Last year I used another company in town for another house and they had the spring on the truck. I had to replace the emergency release string with a coat hanger because the string had broken. The tech did not replace the string, he just left my dangling coat hanger. I thought that paying more than $200 that might be taken care of. I called the office and mentioned that they did not replace the string and I was told they don't make that part any more so they don't replace them, but they would keep an eye open if they found one. Services Rendered: Replaced broken spring on 5-year old garage door

Angi5I called to set an appointment on Thursday and they set up an appointment for Monday. I thought the hourly fee was high, but considering there pretty much aren't any other company's here in town to do this work (or at least not easy to find), I just decided to go with them. They called Friday to confirm the appointment Monday. Then, on Monday, they called before they dispatched the technician, to confirm we were home and ready. He arrived shortly thereafter, and came to the front door. We had him go around to the back, where the garage is located, and he assessed and explained the repair to my husband before he got started. He did the repair right then and there, on site. It was prompt, professional, and most importantly - done right away! I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair and I will contact them again if I need any thing garage-door related in the future! Services Rendered: He repaired a part on our garage door that was broken and prevented it from opening and closing. According to the technician, if we had waited any longer it could have been much more costly!

Angi5Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Concho Valley Door. I will use them again for my new install. Services Rendered: We had Concho Valley Door replace existing garage doors with new ones. They showed up on time and were very professional on both the estimate and installation. The work was done in a timely manner. I have been very happy with the garage doors. Recently, I had them come out to give me an estimate on making my double garage doors into a big single door. They came out the same day and measured and went over everything that would be required as far as the extra bracing. Again, very professional and friendly. Lisa, that works in the office, has always answered my questions and been very helpful. I have had a lot of contractors at the house the past few years. Concho Valley Door is one of the very few that show up on time and do what they promise.

Angi5The technicians were scheduled for an appointment between 2 pm and 4 pm. They called at 2 pm and showed up 20 minutes later. They were courteous and answered every question I had during their service. They replaced both springs on the garage door opener, to include replacing the brackets on the door itself. In addition, they tightened every bolt on the door (even the ones they didn't have to adjust for the springs) and amply lubricated the entire door track and all of the bolts as well. Then they tightened and oiled the second garage door even though they did no work on that door. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up after they were finished. Their final bill was within $5 of their estimate. First rate work all around. Services Rendered: The technicians were called to fix a broken cable on a garage door. The phone consult said it could be the cable itself or both the cable and the spring. They ended up replacing both springs and all of the cable. The springs/cable were a 30 year old style that was not in use anymore so they replaced the brackets on the door as well.
