We were in a very tough bind with a garage door that badly malfunctioned and was left dangling in a precarious and very dangerous position. We called late on a Saturday from out of town, and hearing the tough situation we had, they were willing to come down and get things not only safely down but actually got the door fixed and working again. I consider this going above and beyond. Really appreciate that they got us out of the mess we had, and certainly they will be the first we will call in the future for any garage door need we have.
