This is my first time using this company for my Garage Door repair. Scheduling was quick and easy. Kolten arrived on time and diligently went to work after describing what the problem was. He completed the repair/replacement within time and price quote. I highly recommend Garage Door Repair company for all your Garage door needs.
The young man that came was very nice. It only took him a few minutes to find the problem. Came back a few days later and installed a new unit. Everything is working very well. I would definitely recommend this company.
I had a problem with the signaler on my door. My previous contractor carelessly put drywall screws through the wiring. Kolten diagnosed the problem, rewired everything, replaced parts, and double checked function. All of this for a reasonable price. He was also able to give me an estimate for a new door on the spot. I wasn't able to be home and my wife was busy and couldn't meet, so I left the door open and we talked over the phone. Very nice guy, fast, and able to work with you.

Installed a new garage door opener unit at my home and my father's home. He did such an awesome job and went through everything in fine detail. Even programmed my car opener for me. Great, great service. I've used this company for many years. Would highly recommend them!
If you are thumbing through reviews I hope this one catches your eye somehow though it may be tough since all the reviews are "5" and this will likely blend in to the others. I initially contacted GDR solely based upon the reviews and I couldn't be happier with the service received. Pace was great to work with throughout the entire process. I contacted the Garage Door Repair Company to fix a garage door that I had accidentally backed into one morning. They were simply awesome! I sent them pictures of the damage and within minutes I had a quote back on how much the repair would be and we scheduled the repair date. On the day of the repair, the technician contacted me about 30 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time that he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time, completed the repair in about 45 minutes and we were charged exactly what was quote two days prior. The technician (Kolten) was also extremely professional and courteous. Excellent, affordable and fast service once again!! Just after my husband put his car in the garage yesterday afternoon, and then closed the door as he normally would, the door stopped about 2 feet above the floor. Then suddenly the door fell, slamming shut with a very loud BOOM. The main spring had broken in two. We immediately called Garage Door Repair Co., which was made very easy since Todd had stapled one of their cards right by the control panel in the garage. But because it Sunday afternoon my husband didn't expect a call back until the next day--today. Well, the owner did call back! He told my husband that he could have a technician come by the next day (today) at 11 a.m., which normally would be fine. However, my husband was to drive to Kerrville and needed to pick someone up at 10:15 a.m. The owner understood and then re-arranged the morning schedule, telling us he would a technician at our house by 9 a.m. (Monday, Jan. 7th). Well, the technician was actually early and got right to work. We ended up replacing both springs, since they were both installed when the house was built in 1999, and the job was finished at a little before 9:30. And, the price was very reasonable, in our opinion. Overall assessment: VERY professional; we highly recommend this company!! Services Rendered: Replace broken spring

They are the best! Very professional and quick! We decided to get a new garage door and since our original one was still good and my mother in law desperately needed one we had them remove her old rotted wood one and put our old one there. They were very efficient in getting this all scheduled and completed in the same day at both houses. We are very pleased! Their prices are also lower than the big companies. I am also a property manager and use them on the rentals I manage and they are also quick to respond and their prices are very reasonable. I would not use anyone else! Kevin checked my system and replaced my opener and also programmed my car. Service was super efficient and punctual. Would use them again any time. My garage door mechanism is getting old and if and when I replace it I will call them back and Kevin said my new garage opener will work with whatever new system I choose and will not have to pay for a new opener.
