Google5We started experiencing problems with our garage door not closing fully when using the remote or from the wall mounted button. We called Garage Door Specialists & Omar came out the same evening. He diagnosed the problem & replaced the senors & the rollers on the door. He had all the parts with him & got the job done within an hour. The price was very reasonable & we totally recommend Omar!

Google5Our afternoon seemed ruined due to a broken spring on our garage door. Justin came promptly at 5:30, explained everything needed thoroughly and went right to work. We will be calling this company for all our future garage door issues.

Google5Al showed up within an hour. I called very late afternoon on a Thursday. My 30 year garage door fell off the rails. It was actually still in decent shape so we opted for a repair. Swift and reasonable price. Also had a WiFi-enabled garage opener installed the next day. Highly recommend!

Google5Went to their website the night we noticed a cable was loose from one of the springs. They were able to come at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. The technician was nice enough to say that they probably could have been there that night. They gave us excellent service and advice and we're here and gone in 30 minutes. Reasonably priced! Highly recommended.

Google5Another company had been trying to repair my garage door opener for over a month and could not solve the issue. I called Garage Door Specialists and they came out within an hour, found the issue and fixed it same day pretty quickly. I wish I had called them sooner! Thank you!

Google5I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they are awesome! My garage door got wracked and came off the track Friday afternoon. The other companies I caked couldn't come out until at least Monday. Thankfully, this company was able to have a technician to my house within a few hours and had it repaired within an hour. Omar Garcia even replaced the clanking metal rollers with better quality rulers with longer shafts to prevent this from happening again. Mr. Garcia was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very capable.

Google5My garage door spring broke so I called Garage Door Specialists at 4 pm and asked if they could fix it that same day? The repairman arrived by 6 pm and fixed my door by 7 pm. He was experienced and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, he gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.

Google5The service was amazing. We called Garage Door Specialist late at night. Within 10 minutes they were at my house fixing my garage. The price was reasonable and fair. The whole process took about 2 hours. I'm grateful that they were able to get my garage door fix on a cold night. Definitely recommend them!!

Google5I called this morning, and within a few hours a wonderful technician was here and fixed our garage door! He explained how it happened, what it needed, what he recommended doing, and proceeded to fix it with what we thought was a very fair price! I will never call anyone else but Garage Door Specialists! Thank you so much for making this frustrating problem so easy to resolve!

Google5Needed to replace a torsion spring on my garage. Did some research and it was best to replace both. Called GDS and set up an appointment. No hassle, no haggle great price and just got the job done. Don't mess with the rest that try to up-sale and add on. This is a set it and forget it job, they will take care of it.

Yelp5WE COULDN'T GET OUT OF OUR GARAGE AND OMAR CAME TO THE RESCUE! We'd heard a big "boom" a few days before, we thought nothing of it until my Husband had to pick up my insulin (I'm Diabetic) and couldn't get out of the garage ! Omar came right down and quickly fixed my garage door. He did a wonderful job, was easy to communicate with and the price was fair. We will recommend them to all our neighbors here in Helotes.
