Google5Our experience with Overhead Doors was incredible. We were notified prior to their arrival. When Daniel arrived he immediately extended his hand for a shake and told us his name. That meant a lot to us. That's almost lost in today's society. He was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Asking us questions throughout the install to make sure we were happy with the progress. We decided on insulated doors with windows. It was pricey but you get what you pay for and these doors were worth the money. They are very sturdy and extremely quiet. Daniel cleaned up the work area and he also cleaned the outside of the doors of any dirty handprints or marks. Excellent work Daniel, we appreciate you.

Google5George and James exceeded our expectations. They went over our options and installed a great opener in 45 minutes. They even spent time with me programming my car and outside keypad for our convenience. They went over all the features and made sure the other parts of the garage were lubricated and running smoothly. I'll call them again when it's time for new springs and rollers. I'll also recommend them to friends and neighbors. Thanks fellas!

Google1If you're looking to have shotty work done by the most unprofessional garage door company in TX then you've come to the right place. Not only did the door completely explode on the first use and come completely out of the track, I had to call their "emergency " number over 25 times only to have the most unprofessional employee finally answer! I greatly appreciate the 9,000 excuses Sam Castro provided, the lack of attention to detail, the constant what's and huhs, and most importantly the $500 charge to come out and fix what they didn't do right the first time. I'm honestly surprised one of their installations hasn't come down and hurt or even killed anyone yet. I know I could have potentially been injured had I not been paying attention. So thanks again guys! If I could give 0 stars I would. Hell, I'd take some away if possible. Oh and to top it off, they won't be available to fix it for 7+ hours. How convenient.

Google5James and George did an excellent job replacing my garage door opener. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I am grateful they were also able to program my vehicle to open the door because that would never have gotten done if left up to me. The unit installed is much quieter and doesn't vibrate as much. Thank you both. Well done.

Google5The BEST! A huge thank you to Roddy and Daniel...2 of the nicest guys ever. They installed a new garage door quickly and efficiently! Roddy and Daniel even came back the next day to put the rubber trim around our insulated doors that was not installed (by another company). Now no air seeps into the garage! They even put up with Scout, the dog helper. Give these guys a call if you need an overhead door!!! You won't regret it!

Google5James and Daniel were very friendly and extremely helpful and workable, given the difficult spot I'd put them in, advising that one of my cars was inoperable and required a work-around, literally. Following their prompt arrival, I was able to discuss the pros and cons of having the door installed, today and after consulting with the manager, we moved forward. Fortunately, I'd been able to clear most of the remaining space in the garage to complete the door install, which was completed timely and with much caution, given the resident vehicle. Thanks for the amazing job and quick turn around on the new door install!

Google5Roddy Rodriguez and Keller were my techs. Marvelous customer service to include detailed explanations of different models and features of new garage openers. Easy to choose based on Roddy's detailed description and features. He and Keller worked quickly and efficiently with new installation. Explained all features to include app controls. I try to stick with known contractors. Have always been pleased with Overhead Garage Door!

Angi5It went unbelievably well. The garage door spring broke at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Luckily my car was still in the driveway because we were expecting guests over the weekend. I called about the door and a repairman (Branden) showed up a little after 6 p.m. He replaced the spring and I gave him a check for $534 and sent him on his way. I went back into my house to watch TV only to learn that a hail storm was predicted for that evening. Without the prompt service on Friday evening my Lexus in my driveway could have been victimized by the hail. Thankfully the storm without the hail materialized at 1 a.m. Branden was courteous, knowledgeable and a quick worker. As a congenital complainer I could find nothing (0) to complain about! Services Rendered: Repair and Replace garage door spring at my residence in Lakeway, Texas.

Angi5This is the second time in two years to call this company. Just like before, they showed up on-time on a saturday with no additional fees. Jerry fixed the problem and did not try sell me a new door. They have superior service and I recommend this company highly. Services Rendered: Maintenance, the door was reopening after being closing.

Angi5I had used the Overhead Door Company of San Antonio in November 1998 to install an automatic door opener on each garage door. Several years later, I had them come out to make some adjustments. When one of the springs broke on a Sunday evening (making a sound heard throughout the house), I knew exactly who I was going to call. I made the call on Monday morning and set up the visit for the next day. The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions. In addition to replacing all four springs, he pointed out the safety feature of the new springs (a cable runs through the middle of each spring so that should the spring break, the pieces of spring won't go flying off all over the garage and damage something). He lubricated the garage door mechanisms and made sure the doors opened and closed properly. The entire job took about 30 minutes (probably would have only taken 20 minutes had I not been so inquisitive). I highly recommend the Overhead Door Company of San Antonio if you are having problems with your garage doors.. Services Rendered: After one garage door spring broke, I decided to replace not just that one spring, but all four.
