I loved all my interaction with this company.
My husband called yesterday (Friday) and spoke with someone from the company asking for an estimate. She gave us a clear price range based on our description of the problem with our garage. She was very clear on what issues would cause the price to increase and also mentioned that we would be told the final price before work was done. If we decided not to go with them, there would be a small fee for coming out to check the door, but even that seemed a reasonable price to me.
They had great times available, and were able to come out the very next day to fix the issue. Having weekend hours available really helped us out. This morning, on Saturday, they arrived in the earlier part of the one hour window, and texted at our request to let us know when he was on the way. I was very pleased with the window of time only being an hour as so many other places tend to give a much larger window of time.
When the technician, Robert, arrived he assessed the situation and immediately let my husband know what the issue was. It was as we suspected (a broken spring), and he did not try to tack any extras on. He let my husband know that he may not have the spring available, and if that were the case he would need to return Monday, and made sure to let us know that there were late hours available to work with our schedule.
Luckily, he had the spring, so he got right to work. The process was quick and easy, and he was friendly the entire time.
We were able to take advantage of the Yelp discount, and the priced ended up even cheaper than we were quoted. He also gave my husband some basic upkeep tips and recommendations for products that could extend the life of the garage door system.
All in all, amazing service. Would highly recommend.
