This company was referred to us by a friend. Robert came out to help us when our garage door suddenly wouldn't close. He was here within 1-1/2 hours of us calling and fixed the issue right away. Very professional and friendly service. Will definitely use this company again.

Called United Overhead Door CO. in 2015 to service/ repair our garage door. Today 8 years later, Called them for another service job. Mr. Robert Gomez worked on our door both times. This is my first experience with United Overhead Garage Door Company. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Robert Gomez who is obviously a master in his field. I called one evening when an SUV smashed into my garage door and he was here to replace it the very next morning. I also had no delays with the insurance company because he spoke to them for me letting them know the garage door replacement was urgent since my vehicles were trapped inside. He is extremely professional and left the place cleaner than he found it explaining in detail the mechanics of the door as well as the routine maintenance required. My new garage Door is just perfect!! I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for all my garage door needs. Thank you Mr. Gomez!!

Can't say enough about the great service this company provides its customers. They installed an auto garage door opener for my Mom's house a couple of years ago. There was a recent power outage and the garage would not function. We FaceTimed our technician and he fixed the problem right away. After contacting at least 5 companies on yelp for a quote, Robert was one of the first ones to message me. He was very responsive and answered all my questions prior to scheduling an appt for him to come out. He knows his stuff! Just by a picture of my garage, he already diagnosed my problem- a broken spring! He told me a fixed price and there were no surprises. My husband was home when he came to fix the spring. He notified me that Robert was very knowledgeable and professional. We would surely recommend Robert and his company to any one that needs their garage repaired. I was very impressed with Robert, who came to fix my noisy garage door. Literally within seconds, he identified the problem with my door and knew what to do. I couldn't see the problem at first when he pointed it out, so I asked him to show me again, and then it made sense. He adjusted the braces on the wall, and then lubricated all parts of the system that needed it. Robert told me what maintenance I could do myself each year to keep my door working well, and even how to reprogram the exterior opener. He went the extra mile for me by showing me these simple things that I can do so I won't need him to come again for a long time! Services Rendered: Garage door made noise

I loved all my interaction with this company. My husband called yesterday (Friday) and spoke with someone from the company asking for an estimate. She gave us a clear price range based on our description of the problem with our garage. She was very clear on what issues would cause the price to increase and also mentioned that we would be told the final price before work was done. If we decided not to go with them, there would be a small fee for coming out to check the door, but even that seemed a reasonable price to me. They had great times available, and were able to come out the very next day to fix the issue. Having weekend hours available really helped us out. This morning, on Saturday, they arrived in the earlier part of the one hour window, and texted at our request to let us know when he was on the way. I was very pleased with the window of time only being an hour as so many other places tend to give a much larger window of time. When the technician, Robert, arrived he assessed the situation and immediately let my husband know what the issue was. It was as we suspected (a broken spring), and he did not try to tack any extras on. He let my husband know that he may not have the spring available, and if that were the case he would need to return Monday, and made sure to let us know that there were late hours available to work with our schedule. Luckily, he had the spring, so he got right to work. The process was quick and easy, and he was friendly the entire time. We were able to take advantage of the Yelp discount, and the priced ended up even cheaper than we were quoted. He also gave my husband some basic upkeep tips and recommendations for products that could extend the life of the garage door system. All in all, amazing service. Would highly recommend.

Robert Gomez is amazing. Everyone at my work passes around his name and number when we have garage door issues. I called him late one afternoon and he was there the next morning. You can't find a better garage door company.... Seriously... Never tries to oversell and fixes what needs fixing. We had a broken spring on a main garage door, and our second garage door was working intermittently. He fixed the spring and found that the other was just a loose wire. GREAT guy and great company...

Repairman said nothing wrong with the door--something must have temporarily blocked the sensor. Said doors were heavier than they should be from what previous owners had added to them and might eventually need to be replace, but functioning now. Appreciated his honesty about door non-issue and that he didn't even charge for the evaluation. (I don't remember the date; filed in as 1/1/2014 because form wouldn't submit without a date.) Services Rendered: checked garage door which I thought I had not been able to shut all the way.
