Had an emergency call from the school that is a couple of blocks away and had to go there ASAP. Was hoping to come back before the mechanic but got called by their office and I told the guy that I had to run an emergency, he was upset told me the repair guy was at the door and I told him can I reschedule or please give me an hour. Told me that the time to reschedule was before and not not bother calling them again if I have any issues they won't help me. I understand that I needed to call them but as a mother, I get a phone call from school and everything else can come second. if they would have been nice to me about it and agreed for a diferent time they would have kept my business for long term since we just moved to this house.
