This is my 3rd time using Brian and his team and I can't say enough about their service. Top notch services they're dependable, knowledgeable and very fair in their prices. They even teach you minor stuff that you can do on your own. Very fast and punctual.

100% use BMS for anything that is needed for your Garage door, he is the best in San Diego period. My door stopped opening. Called around asking for some advice from others. Saw his reviews so I text BMS and got a fast response. Brian the (owner) came by evaluated what was needed and fixed it FAST. Didn't try any up sale me. No BS a honest guy for sure. Great price. Great service. Extremely knowedable about dialing in the opener. Do yourself a favor and go with an honest person who is the best. You won't be disappointed.

I called BMS this morning for a squeaky garage door opener, and they were super fast to call me back. Travis came out a half hour later and we had a very nice chat. He then lubed up the 20 year old garage door opener, did not charge, and went on his way. Amazing experience, I felt like it was a neighbor who stopped by to help out. When my garage door opener fails (and it will pretty soon probably considering its age), BMS will be the folks I call back! Highly recommend!

This is the second time that we have used this company and once again they do not disappoint! I called because the door wouldn't open, and after sending a few photos, the problem was diagnosed, estimated and the next day it was repaired! They are reliable, courteous and clean up after the job! Excellent overall experiences.

Travis came out on short notice to fix out garage door after the sensor camera disconnected during a rain storm. Four days later we had him come back to completely replace our garage door motor and equipment. He did a great job and was very prompt and very patient.

Our garage door began stopping in the middle of closing, then went backwards to full open. Nothing had been changed in the garage but it would not close. I called Brian....he came over, worked the door, reset everything to proper order and it is just like new !!!! Brian is an absolute straight arrow, he determines the issue and is totally honest about it !!! Brian is now in my phone book for who to call for garage door issues !!!! Thanks, Brian !!!!!!!!!!!!

I chose BMS after reading YELP reviews when our garage door quit working (and all my husband's best DIY guesses/efforts had failed. Lol). I called the main number listed here on Yelp, and the owner, Brian, answered EVEN THOUGH HE WAS ON VACATION WITH HIS FAMILY!! That was pretty great service right there. Then he put me in touch with his technician Travis who came out that SAME DAY and took care of our problem!! We have a 30-year-old-garage door opener, which he was miraculously able to adjust and getting working again, and he didn't even charge us!! We know that the motor and our very heavy wooden door are likely not going to last much longer, and I can tell you who we will call back when we need their help again!!! We were very grateful for their skilled, prompted, kind service to us!! We highly recommend them!!

Earlier this week I had a major issue...my garage door wouldn't open! My car was stuck in the garage. I couldn't even open it manually. Panic! I called BMS, hoping they were as awesome as their reviews indicated. I was so relieved when the owner (Brian) answered and assured me a technician could arrive within 1 and 1/2 hours. Joe arrived on time and quickly assessed what the problem was. Within less than 10 minutes he had fixed the issue. He was honest, patient, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was so impressed! Because the visit was so short and because I didn't need any new parts, he didn't even charge me. Joe really is as awesome as his reviews say he is. Add me to his list of fans. BMS IS THE BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY IN THE WHOLE WORLD AND IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WILL USE IN THE FUTURE WHEN IT COMES TO EVALUATING AND REPAIRING MY GARAGE DOOR. And if I ever need to buy a new door, this will be the company I will trust. Services Rendered: repair garage door

Excellent. Work requested was for maintenance, not repair! Service was better than anticipated. Technician performed thorough inspection and maintenance and recommended keeping an eye only on specific areas that potentially may need to be repaired within a year, if condition worsens. There was no attempt to "oversell" or engage in "salesmanship". Services Rendered: Garage Door maintenance!
