Easy Open Door Company was the only company to respond to bid requests with opener options and quotes for each. They were quick to communicate and came when promised. My garage door opener needed replacing the gear & sprocket assembly, balancing the door and lubricating the rollers. They were very responsive and gave me a very reasonable upfront quote. Devin was an excellent technician and did a thorough job of replacing the assembly, retentioning the spring, lubricating the rollers and adjusting the rails. I highly recommend them.

Great job! Just had my old garage door opener replaced and wanted to sing the praises of Devon who did the Installation! He was so professional and very helpful talking me through the keypad set up and input on how to work with the universal remote for gate access too. As an additional bonus, he adjusted the main garage door, which was installed 20 years ago, and now it opens so smoothly and is extremely quiet. (My upstairs neighbors should be very happy!)
The service was initiated on Yelp, Easy Open Door Company and few other companies sent me a quote. EOD was the second company that responded to the property address I requested. The company communicated with my tenant without an issue. Unlike the first company who offered free consultation, EOD was upfront and honest. HONESTY is the keyword. The first company quoted me $900 by up selling me the repair with replacement of other parts. I thought it was way too much, then I sent the pics to EOD, Sherrie and Michele were upfront and honest, and explained that I don't need those parts, and even I did, it wouldn't cost that much. The first company then started lowering his price to 800, then 650. At this point, it was a total turn off. I decided to go with EOD. They got the door repaired with broken springs for a very reasonable price and inspected other components too. My tenant was happy. And so was I! I would definitely use them again in the future. 4.9 out of 5 star, a slight hiccup with the communication part.
We've been using Easy Open Door for many years now and are very happy with their service. They are prompt to arrive and diagnose the issue if any. We make sure to have them service our garage door at least once a year to keep things in order.
Wow! Professional work and they really know what they are doing. Devin did an amazing job, he changed my springs and even did a tuneup and left my garage door running like new again! Runs very smooth and quiet! He is very knowledgable on his work and really knows how these garage doors operate! Im glad I went with this great company!
My garage door needed another fix, so I called Easy Open Door again. I think that the company that install the door years ago maybe didn't set it up correctly... Devin came from Easy Open Door and diagnosed the issue with the motor and the door, he fixed the problem and took extra care to check all parts of the garage and tightened some bolts. He was so friendly and informative. I wanted to update my review just to give him a mention. I truly cannot recommend this company enough, they have very fair pricing, flexible scheduling that works with you, and awesome customer service!

I was skeptical when I saw their ad in a "throwaway". I called and quickly scheuled. In addition to replacing my springs they straightenem my rails and gave me advice on the best lubricant. They honored their coupon discount. Definately a 5 star service visit.
The person who originally came out to discuss options to replace our broken garage door was extremely helpful in helping us make our selection. The installation went very smoothly and the installer answered all my questions . The quality of the installation was excellent, neat and tidy. We're particularly impressed with the quality of the doors.

They sent Devlin, a senior tech, to replace our garage door and opener. He explained what he was going to do, clarified a couple of options for installation, then got to work. He was very knowledgeable, worked politely, quickly, carefully, safely, and competently, finishing a double-car garage door and opener in just about 4 hours, as predicted, even given my periodic questions. (I would have taken at least 2 days and not done as good of a job.} It works very well, all the features are operational, and it's the quietest garage door I have ever had or seen!
I called 3 referrals from Angie’s list. I called Easy Open Door Co., Inc. on a Monday morning and Sherry set up appointment for Randy to come out on Wednesday for measurements & quote. Randy was prompt, professional, gave me the facts without pushing products; answered my questions and left me with brochures and a quote for the choices I made. I called Friday of the same week and the door and garage door opener were installed the following Thursday by Devin, who was also very nice and professional; worked quickly and cleaned up and hauled away the old wood and door. The bottom sides and trim around the door needed to be replaced. So Randy came back and replaced the wood while Devin was preparing the installation. Because Randy could not find matching trim, he routed the pattern in the trim himself so it would match the existing trim which was from when the house was built in the 50’s. I need to paint it myself, but that’s not an issue. I think Randy went above and beyond to make sure the trim matched. I also spoke with Michele who called the day before as a reminder for the installation. Very pleased with this company and the people I dealt with. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door or if a new garage door opener is needed. They will also service the door and replace the battery back up as needed on the garage door opener. As for the other two referrals I called, the first one I called was rude on the phone and the person they said would call me back never did and the 2nd number I called quoted high on the phone, came out the day after Randy was here, so I already knew how the process would go and the dollar amount more or less, and this person was not professional, verbally padded their prices for the same brochure I already had, unknown to him, and said they’d get back to me with their formal quote once he talked to the installer - I’ve never heard back. The door came exactly as expected, looks amazing and the installers didn't rush to get it done and leave. Here’s a list why: They are punctual. Most recently I scheduled them to come out at 10 am to help me figure out why my garage door would not stay open. They called to confirm and showed up on time. This is important as I don’t have all day to wait around. They are respectful. They knock and wait for an answer before attempting to come in. Randy came on time and after discussing options, said he had a manufacturer he thought could reproduce the broken bottom 2 panels to match all the rest. It wasn't cheap, but it beat replacing all 3 garage doors to make them all match. When the panels came back, they were perfect! What great service from a great company. They were the ONLY ones to come up with this solution, so we highly, highly recommend them. Michele was in touch with us throughout the process, and the installation went great, too. Thank you all at Easy Open! Services Rendered: My husband backed out of the garage before the garage door was fully up. D-oh! The bottom two panels of the door were cracked badly. The problem we discovered was that these doors were no longer manufactured, and since we have 3 of them, it meant either replacing all 3, or having 1 not match. Grrr. Until we found Randy at Easy Open Door.
