Just wanted to say, I'm glad Luis Cisneros was able to come early the next morning after I messaged him late at night the day before to make repairs with the garage door. He quoted a decent price. So far, there has been no issues with the garage door.

The Giant garage door giant Brett came to the rescue. He was so nice, and very professional. Also affordable. The garage was fixed and he made sure everything was perfectly balanced. Came home one day from work, opened my garage door to an extremely loud pop! I noticed the metal bar that attached the garage door opener arm to the door had broken off. I contacted Brett at Garage Door Giant for assistance. It was very easy to set up a time to come out and look at it. He was even willing to come on the weekend. He quoted a very reasonable price and was able to fix the garage door with no upselling. He suggested easy maintenance ideas I could go to help it run longer. I will definitely be contacting Garage Door Giant with any future concerns. I highly recommend them!

One of the reasons I love Yelp... you find businesses like Garage Door Giant! A broom stick got stuck in the garage door while it was closing and made our garage door jam and come off the rails. My husband had to rush off to work so he and my father managed to somehow jimmy the garage door down and lock it so that our belongings would stay safe until we could find someone to fix the door. I reached out to Garage Door Giant and Brett responds I kid you not within 30 mins and says Bryce can come out within two hours and help. Bryce shows up with tools in hand and literally says "A stick got stuck in the corner of the garage huh?" Seriously - he knew simply from looking at the outside of the garage door! Impressive! What is even more impressive is the fact that he fixed our garage door within five minutes and even did a tune up. The garage door works so smoothly now and he taught us how to easily maintain our door to avoid future issues. He even answered questions in detail about my parents garage door that I asked off hand... He really took the time to help us out and make the garage fix as painless as possible. This is definitely a "If it ain't broke, don't fix/replace it" mentality company and I AM HERE FOR THAT!! They are truthful, honest, and dependable. 10/10! I had a garage door that was sticking half way up. I have had other garage door companies come out and sell me springs and other equipment that didn't completely correct the problem. I decided to try Garage Door Giant based on Yelp reviews. Bryce came out on time, analyzed the problem and said that the system just needed some adjustments rather than new parts. He explained and showed me what he was adjusting. He was done in 20 minutes. The door works great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Garage Door Giant and will use them when I replace the garage door in a few years.

We called Brett to give us a quote for a new garage door. We were looking for something mid century modern. Initially was thinking the long windows but when we saw the square option we knew what we wanted. From there on Brett made it super easy. We had a 1950 original door with springs. Old school...and loud. This new door looks great, is insulated and is super quiet. We couldn't be more happy.

We've used this company twice in the 13 years since we've had our home (repairs were unrelated to each other) and Brett and Bryce could not be nicer. I appreciated their honesty and workmanship. They've been able to repair our garage door twice now when I thought replacement would be the only option. Brett is GREAT!! Not only has he serviced the Garage Doors at my house at a reasonable price, he's replaced doors and openers for friends and they always come back to me with positive feedback and thank you's for giving them his contact info. Aside from all this, Brett has worked with me on Charitable Home make-over projects and he's done everything from providing a new garage door to completely building a custom wood garage door on an older home. I have used Garage Door Giant twice (once to replace the motor, once to replace the springs) with great results. Brett is knowledgeable and honest with very good pricing. He stands behind his work: he just drove to my house to lubricate the door spring because it was squeaking and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from! Definitely recommend for all garage door needs.

I'm in the service biz myself, so I know when someone is BS'ing me and when someone is doing quality work. I also don't write reviews, so here goes. I called because my kids left a scooter under the garage and closed it which damaged the garage. I called this guy and he was out in about 1/2 an hour and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. The charge was fair and his demeanor was pleasant. My criteria for any service is fair pricing, good customer service and excellent workmanship. He hit all three benchmarks. Highly recommended!

Garett, the writer, was good about matching bids from other installers. He was professional about explaining the differences between the doors. Brett, the scheduler, originally said between 8 and 10 am. Pressed he gave between 8 and 9. Travis showed up promptly at 9. Travis came out to do the installation by himself. Seemed a bit much for one person, but he's got his techniques down to a science. Travis took the extra time to neatly frame the door mounting points with extra support. He also used extra cross members on the opener's supporting framework. Took extra care to route the wiring, explain how things worked, and demonstrated the features. They will match competitor's pricing, so take the time to get matching quotes from other dealers. Travis was great. Since there are other installers, ask. Services Rendered: Free quote. Removed and hauled away old door. Framed opening from 15' 4" x 7' 2" to 15' x 7' to fit new door. Installed Amarr H3000 15' x 7' Garage Door with LiftMaster 3280 opener. Included wired switch (in garage), two wireless remotes, and wireless keypad (external). Included extra wide bottom seal--my floor isn't quite level.
