Yelp5My automatic garage door was replaced and I could not be more pleased with the service. Hands down, a great value when all options were explained. Full replacement was the best option for my money. The new Lift Master runs smoothly and so much quieter than the old outdated model that would no longer work. In addition, all the old parts were taken away and the operation of the new one explained. I also have the new one connected to my WiFi allowing me access to open and close my garage door remotely from my phone from anywhere. So convenient to not need a separate remote when in my car. Thanks Thomas and Robert. This business model works!

Google5Robert represents Rampart Garage Door company with quick efficient service. His knowledge and expertise on garage door operations and workmanship left me feeling assured of my decision to select Rampart to install my new Lift Master. He was timely upon arrival and completed the job within an hour with removal of all old garage door parts. There are so many garage door opener installers that I wouldn't even know where to begin. That's where my next door neighbors referral was needed. My neighbor had complete trust in his garage door repair. I have complete trust in my neighbors so I knew I just needed to make one call to Rampart Garage Door to do the job. Happy new year to me and a garage door opener for another couple decades. Rampart came out very quickly and the work was done expertly at a very fair price. Will definitely be using Rampart for all future needs and recommending him to others.

Google5Great service - I had a broken spring and called - spoke to Tom. He was able to assess problem over the phone and came out next day at the time promised and repaired with parts he had in truck. Keep up the great work / service

Yelp5Just had our garage door repaired by Tom from Rampart and what a great experience. Not only is he kind and considerate but fair and honest. He fixed our garage door in 30 mins and didn't do any up selling, got right to the problem and fixed it. I will use him again and recommend him highly.

Yelp5Called last week and setup appt for today. Thomas setup time 9-11 and called me this morning to confirm. Garage was making horrible noise and wouldn't close. Thomas arrived around 10. Very polite and knowledgeable. Diagnosed a few broken parts in motor which was 22 years old. Decided to get new one. He went to get motor and came back. Changed out sensors, garage controller, linked car, and got new motor. Works smooth and great. Walked me through all equipment. Highly recommend!!! Great service!!

Google5Yes. Go with Rampart Garage Doors, I'm telling you now you won't regret it. Broken garage door can be stressful due to security concerns being a renter ina HOA is nothing short of cringeworthy. This morning May 04, 2023 I overslept and missed my 11-1pm appt window. Tom, arrived at 1045 he called, left a voicemail and even text message between myself and my roommate Tom kept us informed and was thorough with his communication. Tom went above and beyond to make sure my garage door would be fixed by end of day so that I could have peace of mind and not have to stress about my garage door as tomorrow is my first day at a new job. Tom returned 2 hours+ after my missed appointment, out his mask on prior to exiting his truck, with a friendly demeanor he told me what he was going to do during his visit and how long he would take to complete. Tom fulfilled every promise and he even wished me good luck tomorrow. Tom, you made me feel as though I mattered thank you for going above and beyond you're outstanding.

Yelp5These guys are great. Tom came out and repaired a piece that was broken and gave it a tune-up. Afterward gave me tips for maintenance and answered all the questions I had, including what will be needed to replace the door. My older door will need to be replaced sometime in the next couple of years. I'll use Rampart for sure when that happens. If you have any type of issue with your door, at the very least, have them come out and give an estimate or contact them here on Yelp. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp5Thomas from "Rampart Garage Doors" just made my day. I was having issues with my garage door remote. Very close to just going and purchasing a new garage door opener as I thought there was something wrong with my garage door transmitter. The sensors were clean and no loose wires. Thomas was able to resolve my issue within minutes. I would highly recommend Tom and his company to all.

Yelp5Haven't had a spring break on a garage door before but also first year as a homeowner. Tom was by far a great first experience. From responding right away and then able to complete the job that same day. One of the best parts is there's also a year warranty if it breaks, love how they back their work up. I'd highly recommend.

Angi5Tom called ahead, arrived at the beginning of the 1 hour time window, finished within an hour and addressed all of my concerns about my garage doors. He explained to me how they work, why they break, what factors go into the different components of the garage door and the noises they make and how that affects the functioning of the door, the motor and the lifespan of the various parts. No pressure sales or unnecessary up-selling- just simple, understandable explanation of what's going on with my door and options. His prices were reasonable and better than the last time I had a door fixed with another company. The product was also more accurate for my XL 8ft heavy 2 car garage door which makes a difference on how they function and how long they last. He was professional in dress and manner, open, honest and friendly. Excellent experience. Thank you Tom! Services Rendered: One of the springs on my garage door broke. Tom explained that the other might last another month because they usually break pretty close together and gave me the option to replace it. He also checked the motor, the bearings on the sides and the weather seal and rollers. After discussing options and lifespan of each component, etc. I decided to replace the bearings and the second spring as well. He adjusted the force on motor to be more accurate for the weight of my door and the size of my springs.

Angi5My garage system broke down on a Sunday (first time I've had this problem so I was concerned and anxious) and I immediately requested a quote / assistance via Yelp and my request was sent to 4 garage repair companies. To my relief Thomas at Rampart Garage Doors responded withinin 1/2 an hour with the right info at the right time with a friendly and supportive tone that put my mind at ease. Thomas was extremely courteous, professional, friendly and customer oriented via email, phone and in person and provided highly competent and timely service. I'm very happy to give him and his company a very strong recommendation and, obviously, Rampart will be first choice if I require assistance with my garage door system in the future. Services Rendered: Replaced two springs on my garage door, did a thorough tune up on the garage door system to include tweaks to better align door/tracks, and talked me through the system and good maintenance. Thomas also noticed the two sensors were too high and adjusted them in accordance with safety specs.

The door was fixed quickly and works great. Polite and professional and at half the price my bother-in-law got his spring fixed for from someone else. I strongly recommend Rampart. Services Rendered: Rampart replaced two springs on my roll up garage door. One of the springs had broken. Tom with Rampart also tuned up the door. It now works better than it has in years.
