Great service, fast response and fair pricing. We had a garage door spring break and Called a few companies to come out and look at the job. Garage door medics were double the price and for only one spring. Rockstar and the technicians had my springs on the truck and were literally half the price for both springs installed. They got it done within an hour and were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will not be using garage door medics ever again especially because they try to charge a $99 fee just to look at he job and it doesn't go toward the bill even if you have them do the work. Rockstar has a new client going forward.

Had this company put a garage door in for me a few years ago. Recently a spring on the door broke. So I called them, to see if I could get a price for a spring replacement, and they never called me back. Call the different company because I needed my garage door fixed. When the other company came out to fix my door, they advised me that this company had used the wrong spring to begin with altogether. I had always wondered why it was so hard to open and close my garage door. I just figured that it was really heavy because it's double insulated. Turns out that it was because of the improper spring that Rockstar garage doors installed to begin with. Now that my door is fixed and has the proper spring, it is a hundred times easier to open and close. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
Great, friendly, thorough customer service, I wish I remembered the tech's name. Garage door wouldn't open and I assumed the 22 year old opener had finally had it. Called these guys on a referral from my neighbor and they quoted a price to install a new unit and advised me what to buy if I didn't want to buy through them. Picked up a new Chamberlain at Lowe's and they came to install. Tech showed up and verified that the belt on the old unit had lost some teeth, he even had me climb the ladder to show the damage. He gave me the option to repair the belt but I opted for the new unit given the age of the old one plus I wanted the backup battery, WiFi, and connectivity to phone and car. He said the door was heavy indicating the spring was getting old he could fix it today or wait for it to break in a year or so. I opted for the preventive approach and he went to work on both jobs. Two hours later he was done, had cleaned everything up, and even helped me setup the keypad. So many dodgy places out there, these guys are the real deal!
**************** was excellent. Guys tuned up my garage door, change out the outside keypad , programmed the keypad with new code. Guys were very professional, friendly, honest, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend using this company for any garage door work.

Hector came out quickly to fix a wheel that had popped out of the track. He also replaced the two springs that were not correct for the weight of our 300 lb. wooden door. He spent a lot of time making sure all the components were tightened and running smoothly so that the motor would not be stressed. He worked quickly and efficiently to resolve our issue. I would not hesitate to call him again for emergency repair or yearly maintenance. Hector was super friendly and even spent some time talking to my son about garage door work. He was awesome. Hector came out within a few hours of my call to repair our heavy wood garage door. He spent a lot of time replacing the springs that were under sized for the weight of the door, replaced the wheels that had worn down over time and adjusted several parts to make sure the door ran smoothly. He is such a nice man and we really appreciated the time he spent explaining about caring for our upgraded garage door. My garage door belt went bad and Rockstar came out same day to assess the issue. They told me what parts I needed, offered to order them or let me order them myself to see if I could get them under warranty from the manufacturer. Then when the parts came in, I was able to schedule another quick appointment and they did a great job getting my garage working again at a very fair price. Will definitely call them again next time I have an issue!! Highly suggest!

The belt on my garage door broke, so I reached out to Rockstar to come and replace it. The tech called ahead and was on time to the appointment. The tech told me that I should replace my garage door motor with a new unit for around $850. When I explained that I only wanted the belt replaced, he stated he didn't have the belt, I would need to call Chamberlain myself to order the part, and that they could reschedule to install the belt for $250. Amazon had the part for $44 and a quick youtube tutorial showed me how to do it myself in 15 minutes without any special tools. I understand their time as professionals is more expensive than mine as a novice, but I felt that their tactics were predatory in attempting to sell me on a brand new unit for an insane cost. Stay away.

And when I come across honest and extremely competent people like Rockstar Garage, I like to give credit where it's due. It's rare to come across people who put people before making a quick buck. WHY I CHOSE ROCKSTAR They had over 500 Yelp review with a 5-Star rating. That's more than any other garage repair service. That gave me a lot of confidence. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM These guys are a combination of the Ritz-Carlton and 9-1-1. They treat you like you are their only customer and that your problem is a top priority. Put simply, they make you feel important. My first contact was with Henio Hernandez. He was fast, responsive, polite, and very professional. I communicated with him by text, email, and phone. Next was Rick. Pray to the Gods that you get Rick. He is so nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. It's 9:00 PM and Rick is making himself available by text and by phone. This guy needs to get some R&R time. But he, like Henio, are obsessed with customer service. Maybe they want to be the #1 Garage Door service in the United States. If they keep it up, they could franchise their business. WHY I DIDN'T USE OTHER COMPANIES I read the reviews from some other companies and I just didn't feel comfortable. I read horror stories about people saying their were overcharged or ripped off. But when a company has over 500 Yelp reviews with a 5-Star rating, that alleviated my concerns. Hired Rockstar to replace our old manual tilting door with new one. Spoke to Luis and the next day he came by to give me a quote. Scheduling a time for the installation was easy and he answered all my questions clearly and everything was straightforward. The installation was done professionally and quickly. Hector my technician was very friendly. He arrived on time and was very patient with me in helping me understand what was wrong with my garage door. He not once tried to sell me things I did not need and I thought the price was great. I had already shopped around prior and they beat their competitors. Next time I will only be calling Rockstar.
