WHO I AM I am a civil litigation attorney. I am very selective with who I work with. I try to be as objective with my reviews. And when I come across honest and extremely competent people like Rockstar Garage, I like to give credit where it's due. It's rare to come across people who put people before making a quick buck. WHY I CHOSE ROCKSTAR They had over 500 Yelp review with a 5-Star rating. That's more than any other garage repair service. That gave me a lot of confidence. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM These guys are a combination of the Ritz-Carlton and 9-1-1. They treat you like you are their only customer and that your problem is a top priority. Put simply, they make you feel important. My first contact was with Henio Hernandez. He was fast, responsive, polite, and very professional. I communicated with him by text, email, and phone. Next was Rick. Pray to the Gods that you get Rick. He is so nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. It's 9:00 PM and Rick is making himself available by text and by phone. This guy needs to get some R&R time. But he, like Henio, are obsessed with customer service. Maybe they want to be the #1 Garage Door service in the United States. If they keep it up, they could franchise their business. WHY I DIDN'T USE OTHER COMPANIES I read the reviews from some other companies and I just didn't feel comfortable. I read horror stories about people saying their were overcharged or ripped off. But when a company has over 500 Yelp reviews with a 5-Star rating, that alleviated my concerns. You just don't mess around with your reputation with ratings like that. I made the right decision and I'm grateful for their help.
