Yelp5Highly recommend! Had to replace my entire garage door and system, was able to get an estimate and work completed all in less than a week from start to finish. Tori was very helpful in coordinating. Art came out the next day and thoroughly explained my options and product details. Aaron came out to remove the old unit and install the new door and system, completed all of the work same day and did a great job on the install. Clopay insulated steel door, liftmaster 87504 opener with integrated camera. Thanks to the Up & Down team for a seamless experience!

Yelp5Needed my garage door motor replaced. Was able to get a same day appointment which was great due to upcoming travel plans. Seth was the installer and did a great job with install, app/system set up and additional info. There was a problem with linking the camera and he replaced the whole unit with another and was able to link the camera on that one. Really appreciate the extra time he spent to be sure everything was good to go.

Yelp5Seth at Up & Down Garage Doors just left after fixing my garage door and doing a tune-up to keep it happy. I'm a pretty handy person, and not afraid to tackle repairs myself if they seem manageable. After a couple of attempts, however, I realized this is one of those services better left to a professional. I rate them five stars for: Professionalism, quick response time, knowledgeable, courteous, reasonably priced, and the technician was kind enough to answer my questions and show me a few things I could do to prevent further calls. I'll be happy to refer them any time.

Yelp5We called Up & Down Garage Doors when other companies were too busy. They came out the same day and quickly determined the problem with the opening off our door and fixed it for a reasonable price in about 20 min. It's now working great...and no upselling!!

Yelp5I noticed my garage door motor was making a buzzing/grinding noise and shortly after it became inoperable. Tori made setting up an appointment extremely easy via email. I received an appointment date within 24 hours. Brad showed up on time and did an amazing job. He was able to diagnose the stripped gear immediately. He showed me the broken part and was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. He went out of his way to tighten and stabilize the door and grease up the hinges to correct the loud squealing noise it has always made. The pricing was extremely affordable and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be returning and referring all my garage door needs to Up & Down Garage Doors. Thank you!

Yelp5These guys were fantastic in fixing our garage door. Ended up needing a new motor ultimately, and we got several quotes from others but these guys came in reasonable and competitive in their pricing. They were quick and reliable. Highly recommend Up and Down Garage Doors for any garage service needs!

Yelp5We had a great experience with Aaron. He was prompt, experienced, and easy to talk to. He repaired a broken spring, and serviced an adjoining garage door. It had problems shortly after he left, and returned promptly to remedy the little glitch. The receptionist Tori was quick to answer the phone and answered all my questions in a thorough and polite manner. A very professional and experienced local business!

The response to our "trouble/repair" call was amazingly fast and same day to be exact. The technician, Aaron, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and when the decision to replace our aging door & opener, Tori at the office was very pleasant to schedule with. The door was installed within a few days and again, Aaron took the time needed to walk me through all the features. The cost was also a good value. We would recommend Up & Down Garage Doors to anyone!

Google5Amazing service from start to finish. Began with consultation at our house to pick door style and features. The only part of the process that took time was waiting for the door to arrive from the manufacturer. The rest of the process was textbook. Scheduled door install and had it installed in less than 4 hours. Great service during the entire process explaining the features of the garage door opening and its accompanying app. After service was also great! These guys are the best - you will not be disappointed!

Google5They were one of three companies recommended to me on Nextdoor, multiple people chimed in with praise for them. We got squeezed in for a next-day appointment, and Aaron the technician was awesome. He had no guile whatsoever, no suspicious double talk about why we needed a whole new everything - thank goodness. He just got up on a ladder, adjusted some settings, and we were back in business. He proceeded to perform the normal maintenance service that comes with their standard fee for the visit. The door works beautifully and when it does finally quit on us, Up & Down is who we'll call.

BBB5I had such a positive experience with Up & Down garage doors...from the very personable yet professional Beth who answered the phone when I first called, to the very reasonable in-person quote I received from Seth, to the installation performed by Aaron. Everyone was great to work with! Aaron did the installation in about 2-1/2 hours, working very intently and diligently the whole time and he answered my questions fully before he left. All of these things made me absolutely certain that I picked the right company for the job. I highly recommend them!
