Great response! Anthony replaced my failed garage door opener on a Saturday afternoon for a fair price.
Unfortunately, we heard a loud thug after closing the garage door. Yep it was the spring. Called B&B and the promptly put me on their schedule. The service technician, Ronnie, arrived on time and fixed the door. He was professional and courteous. The price was fair and no surprises. I highly recommend B&B.
Called on Sunday when garage broke. Left message with answering service NOT a voicemail. They said the service Man would contact me shortly. I actually didn't expect a call till Monday. However, it's been a week and I still have never heard anything Used another service however, the reply to my original review (above) and their action would likely cause me to use B&B (hopefully never).and change my review. Couldn't believe they didn't want the business but glad they are responsive.

We recently experienced the last dying breaths of our 10 year old garage door opener. My husband Eric contacted them this morning and they came out to assess the situation the same day. Though the system was beyond repair (an old, cheap system installed by the developer), the service person recommended a couple of new systems and provide a quote, all in the same visit. My husband was very impressed with the customer service on this occasion, as well as prior occasions when they repaired a door at a prior residence and (at his recommendation) provided services to some of our friends & neighbors. Because Eric was a repeat customer, the service person did not charge for the service call. We will continue to highly recommend the company to our neighbors, when their equally old garage openers give out also : )

B & B installed our garage door a few years ago and did a fantastic job. All was well until last night. I phoned this morning and Anthony made it over before the end of the day and did a fantastic job repairing it. Super customer service!

Paid $89.00 to be told my garage opener did not work because I had LED lights. And a second guy came out and was not much better. He should of known my springs were not the right ones on the garage. And my door opener was burned out because the door weighed too much for the machine and it was not balanced. I had to do my own research on YouTube to find out what the issue was and hire a different company that fixed it. This company bought out American Garage which was owned by April who in my humble opinion was a genius. It's hard to find people that know their craft.
