Google5Called B & B about a broken spring on my garage door. Steve arrived the next day and did a great job! He replaced both springs and applied a lubricant on the hinges and roller pins. Steve is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend B & B!

Google1If I could give this company 0 stars I would it's been nothing but poor communication since the beginning and once they finally came out to measure for my garage door there employee asked me for a snack while I was 5 months pregnant. They still haven't returned the calls from the garage door company in regards to installing the door that has been in there possession since end of April. I've been waiting since December 2022 for this to be completed.

Google5It was an amazing experience with a really great company. After I called, Casey came over quickly even though he had a busy schedule. He fixed the remote-controlled gate that was not working just as quickly. For service, price, and professionalism, B & B cannot be beat.

Google5I recently moved to Los Osos and was in need of a new garage door. Casey promptly responded to my request for an estimate, and assisted me in finding exactly what I had envisioned. Chris and his assistant did a wonderful job with instillation, left my property impeccably clean, and answered all of my technological questions. I highly recommend B & B Garage Doors for all of your garage and overhead door needs! Thanks so much!

Google5If I could give B & B Overhead Doors 10 stars I would!! As a business providing custom product for our clients, I cannot stress how important it is to keep our product safe and dry, until installation. I had a cable break, called Casey and he had Chris scheduled promptly to repair it. What a relief! Chris showed up on time, got on it and not only replaced the broken cable, but the other one, as well. I highly recommend B & B for any of your overhead door needs, if you find yourself in need of a SERVICE SUPERHERO!!! Google5This company is professional and prompt. I appreciate their technician April listening to me, answering my many questions and getting me set up for an appointment. Their technician Steve was on time and made a thorough inspection of our garage door before making his recommendation. I also appreciate the messages that I received on my phone confirming my appointment and also letting me aware that the technician was on his way. Now that is SERVICE. I am so happy that I found this company with hard working and nice people. I would recommend them HIGHLY. **I am not related nor am I friends with anyone from this company. Google5Steve did a great job fixing our broken garage door. He was well prepared especially during the home stay lock down situation. He had his mask and kept his distance and explained what he was going to do. He fixed it fast and did a great job. I love that he put their sticker by the garage door opener on the wall in case we had any questions. He also lubricated and gave the garage door a good check up. The company was professional and they text me when the person was showing up! I would recommend them to anyone who has garage door issues. 5 stars. Yahoo!

Google5Highly recommend B&B Garage Door. Highest ethics, support and service, bar none. Casey and his team are knowledgeable and experts at garage door business. I needed some repair parts and guidance to make repairs on my opener. They were beyond supportive. They could have very easily not provided help and advice and required me to make a service call appointment, but didn't. They provided me all the advise and confidence necessary for me to do all repairs. Thank you Casey and Anthony, you rock.
