Google5Great experience. We wanted double springs as a precautionary. He knocked it out. We will be using him again in the near future to upgrade the opener to a jackshaft and raise the door to the ceiling.

Google5Protech (Jeremy) was very professional and courteous. He came out, gave a reasonable quote, and then ordered and installed a large 18x10 door and a side-mount opener on my new detached two-car garage. The door looks great and is functioning as intended. I would recommend Jeremy for any of your garage door needs as he is also responsive.

Google5Fantastic service. Jeremy came and looked at my problem on a Saturday morning. He determined that it was a very minor repair and after I suggested that I could do it myself, he told me how, and even gave me the specific hardware I would have had to buy to do it. Free of charge. If I ever need his service in the future I will be sure to look him up again. Highly recommended!

Google5Unfortunately, I hit my garage door tonight with my car while backing out not realizing it was not all the way up. I was able to get Protech Garage Doors on the phone and they were able to come out and fix it within a few hours. He was quick to fix it and I was happy to be able to get my garage door closed before the end of the night. I highly recommend you give them a call if needed! Thanks again.

Google5I called them very early in the morning when I realized my garage spring snapped overnight and therefore couldn't open the garage door to get my car out. They answered their phones regardless of how early it was and even rearranged their morning schedule in order to show up within the hour to help us get our cars out of the garage so we could get to work, all while being very knowledgeable and fixing our garage back to perfection! Timely response & service, knowledgeable texhnician and great pricing! Would highly recommend and will use for any future garage door needs.
