Our garage door spring broke yesterday. My wife called the company that must have installed the door 20 years ago. They told her it would be 3+ days before they would have the parts and would commit to a date. In meantime, we could not get to anything in the garage. I called JVS after and they were out first thing next day. The technician called me when he was 20 min away. He had the parts, was very courteous and fixed it on the spot. I could not be happier. Call nobody else but JVS! I wish they did more than garage doors as they be my go to company for all home repairs.
I have a rental house and the garage door was not working. I had 2non-professionals look at it and tell me I needed the door replaced. I called JVS , they came out and said it was just a broken spring. Fix that same day. I would recommend for any repair or installation job
If I have trouble with the door, they come out. Anytime I call them, they come instantly. It's a great company. I've always had good service with them. They have very nice staff. It's a very nice company. I don't think they are outrageous. They are pretty fair. Services Rendered: They came out and repaired the garage door.
Two installers came at 8:30 on a Saturday morning to remove my old garage door and install a new one plus an opener. They worked efficiently to removed the old door and assemble and install the new one. They were not quite finished when I had to leave for an appointment, so they stopped what they were doing to give me the two remotes and explain the operation of the new equipment. When I returned an hour later everything was done and they had hauled away the old door. Both young men were courteous and professional and did an excellent job for me.
