BBB5We worked with the owner of Tritch door and window for new windows for our century home on South Bass Island. A complete redo of old porch windows to awning style and ********** windows in sitting areas of house were needed.The dedicated amount of time that **** put into selecting the perfect windows to make our 60 year old porch area completely new and safe was extraordinary. The lake view needed to be stellar, and he accomplished that with his expertise. He also listened to our needs to have a breeze from the lake, and made sure the windows used that technique without losing beautiful lake vistas.His friendly demeanor and years of experience were key in such a huge project. He also inspected each ordered window. If not up to his standards of perfection, sent them back to the manufacturer. He is a man of his word. He arrives at difficult locations like ours, on time. We are on an island, so a ferry boat is needed to come here and work. This in and of itself is an A ++ or Gold on standard of companies.. Our family highly recommends this company.
