I have called Richard several times to help repair/replace the backup battery that failed after two years. Two times I got hold of him ,said he would take care of it! I have never received a call, text, or anything regarding the repair/ replacement. I cannot find a replacement online and would hope that he would be able to at least point me in the right direction for a replacement instead of ignoring me. So if you plan on using the door doctor just plan on after a while that this will happen to you as well if you need repairs or replacement. Very disappointed in the service after a few years. At the least you could call your customers back and tell them you can't help them instead of ignoring them!
