I have nothing but good things to say about this company, they were extremely responsive to my call for help (garage door stuck closed) keeping me informed as to when the technician would be with me. Jordan was amazing- he did a really thorough job, diagnosing a broken spring, and talked me through all the cost options at each stage, doing his best to get the motor running to avoid adding the cost of replacement to the bill. I feel I am in very safe hands now for the future. Thank you A1, your service is impeccable!

A1 was easy to work with. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The Technician Jordan gave a heads up call when he was on his way and promptly accessed the work needed. He gave us a few options and went to work immediately. We are very pleased with the workmanship and overall service.

I chose A1 after reading a lot reviews, and I'm sure glad I did. We inherited a wonky garage door setup that was bound to fail anytime. I could t quite diagnose what all needed repairs. A1 contacted me immediately after I submitted an online request, and set up an appointment. Mike Seager was the tech that came - he was on time, courteous, and professional the entire time. Right away he diagnosed the issues and showed me why and where repairs were needed. He offered several different options for fixes, and did not upsell or seem pushy at all. He installed new springs, a new motor, new keypads, etc, and made sure everything was operating smoothly. Then walked me through how to use everything and how the system worked. A true professional. I would highly recommend and had a great experience. Also comes with a warranty through them so that is comforting. Sure, you could go around and try to get quotes and compare prices but these days you get what you pay for and the pricing was reasonable. Worth every penny. Attaching before and after photos of the new awesome system, and the wonky setup Mike replaced!
