Google5Gus was SO helpful and professional. I thought something bad was wrong with my automatic garage door, but when he came, he saw that the sensor had only fallen off and that was why it wasn't working. He didn't try to make it out to be some expensive thing, rather he said he would only charge me for a "truck fee" for coming out. I also had an extra remote that was a replacement for the original. I couldn't figure out how to program it. Gus said it wasn't the right type and GAVE me one that he had which does work. It was amazing! How often are repair men that honest... I really appreciated his help and will certainly use his service again when I need it. I HIGHLY recommend this business

Google5Very professional, on time and did a good job. The company was recommend by a friend, I called and asked about the bad reviews. I was told that a disgruntled ex employee had posted most of them and am convinced of that fact. It is sad that people can go after good businesses, online and damage their good reputations. Even more sad is the fact that honest business owners, can not remove the dishonest reviews of disgruntled employees or competitors. Again, Santa Re Garage Doors was recommended to me and they performed their work to the highest possible standards.

Google5I really enjoyed doing business with a locally family owned business . It was so conveinant to have someone come to my house so quickly . Their service was excellent , they are very polite . I had an emergency and I could'nt get my car out of the garage .They came out immediately and fixed my door and got my car out .

Google2Horrible service. I liked them at first. Their English was fine and they seemed friendly enough on the phone, so much so that Gus talked me into the more expensive model. The installation was quick, but a week later, it stopped working. I have had more than 20 phone calls with them to come repair it. The owner lied several times about calling (no record of any calls) and about coming by. He said he stopped by to repair it (despite not calling ahead) and said no one was home during a time when my son and my dad were there and would have been happy to have him repair his installation. Inconsistent and weird behavior. Would not recommend them.
