Cory bailed me out of a tight situation. After being away for several weeks, I returned to my home to find that one of my garage door springs was broken. This caused me to be unable to get my vehicle out of the garage, which I needed to do to return the car I had rented from a nearby airport. I called another garage door company first and they could not come out for two to three days. Then I called Cory, left a message, and he called me back almost immediately, AFTER MIDNIGHT, and said he could come out and make necessary repairs at 11:00am. He came on time, offered me various options for the repair and brought equipment with him for any selection I wished to make. I elected to do a full replacement of almost everything, which he did exceptionally capably and with attention to every detail. While I had not expected to need a repair of this type, Cory made the situation so much better. For responsiveness, capability and thoroughness, it would be difficult, if not impossible, to find a better person to have done this repair. Thanks, Cory!

I could not be happier with every aspect of the service provided by Cory from Central Coast Garage Door. He returned my call quickly, made an appointment for the next day after inquiring if it was an emergency, which it was not. He arrived within the timeframe he had given me, promptly diagnosed the problem, and let me know what my repair options were, giving me a quote I thought very reasonable and did not require replacement of my wooden garage door. When I opted to have the work done, it turned out that he had everything he needed on his truck and within two hours my antiquated Gemie opener had been replaced, with a new unit and my garage door now opens and closes quietly and smoothly .
