Rich saved us. We were beginning to think we would have to install a door ourselves. We had three companies come out to give us estimates to replace our 28 yr. old overhead steel garage door, and none of them would give any kind of reasonable service. One company, who advertises on the radio, never even answered our calls to set an installation date, and another told us lies saying we had to purchase a new opener from him. Our door then proceeded to totally fall apart. My husband jury-rigged it to limp along, and then we found The Door Doctor. Rich came out, showed up on time, and gave us an estimate. He had the brand of door (Unique) we wanted the most, and he showed up the very next day to install. Very professional, very good installation service, very reasonable price. We are happy campers.
