Google5This is the 2nd home that we have used Action Overhead Door. They are professional, efficient, and so friendly. They remembered us(and our dogs) from the previous home that they worked on. It feels so good to have people remember you and want to do a good job for you. I highly recommend this family owned business. Their work is excellent and they took their time explaining to me about the remotes and made sure they were programmed exactly the way I needed them to be. They are higher than 5 stars!!!!

Google5I emailed the company and sent a video of the problem my parents garage door was doing. Kevin Summit emailed me a video to watch to try to fix the problem myself. We messaged back in forth a few times and fixed the problem. He was so very helpful. Quick responses and easy to follow instructions. Great company!!!!!

Google5Want to thank Kevin for his expertise and tenacity in fixing my garage door. The issue had been going on for years and had called their service people out several times. But Kevin went above and beyond to fix the door. And did not charge me for the repeated service calls. Not many businesses are that courteous and have the integrity to complete the job. Thanks again. Action Door is #1 in my book.

Google5Our garage door wasn't functioning right and I called to see if someone could help, and they were able to schedule someone for same day. My technician Kevin was really great, and was able to help me get the issue resolved very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call them back for any of our garage needs, definitely recommend them as well to anyone with garage issues.

Google5This being a very busy time for them, they managed to squeeze in our garage door emergency next day while other companies couldn't get to us for at least a week. Family owned and operated, very polite, very customer oriented, got the issue resolved super fast and didn't break the bank. Definitely call them for any garage issues if you live around Effingham County!

Google5We used this company to service the garage door of our home in Hilton Head SC. Dealing with this company from first step to final resolution is a pleasure. It is as if you are dealing with your favorite and talented neighbor(s). Discussing your problem with the service advisor Ms. Katie is easy with her pleasant and effective conversational manner. Appointment is kept as promised. The onsite service (w/Ryan) is explained and fixes the problem. The fees were fair. I had questions about a garage door on our primary home in the Atlanta area. Ms. Katie counseled on this with such detail, even though it is well outside of their service area. This company is a GEM!
