it was bad experience and they were not professional Services Rendered: Provider failed to show after 3 appointments were scheduled and re scheduled; provider had family problems and I rescheduled 2 times and he never showed; had to call several times to get someone to talk to me..terrible customer service I was really disapppointed and they lost a job that someone else eventually did for $4,000..no kidding.

My garage door would open and close intermittently. At times it wouldn't close at all. I spoke to Steve and he walked me through each possibility of the problem. We discovered what was causing the problem and he was patient and very helpful. Services Rendered: A couple of years ago, my garage door was not functioning properly and when the service man came, he said he needed to change the entire "motherboard". He replaced it and gave me a new garage opener. This man was very nice and professional.
