Casey was punctual and very polite. He explained and showed me why the garage door was not working. Redid wiring that another company had done improperly. (2 companies actually) lubricated everything. Put grease on contacts so that they wold not rust out as fast. (Salt air is **** ** garage doors). Adjusted the door property - it wasn't going up as far as it could. Now I can open the back hatch on the car and it doesn't hit the door. I can't say enough good things about this company. Please use them. You won't be sorry. Services Rendered: Our garage door would not operate

I was thoroughly impressed with the way Padgett handled our problem. It didn't matter that we were out of town and that they didn't know us as anything but strangers. We plan on replacing the door in a few months and we were so pleased that we won't call anyone else. The only reason I marked quality as N/A is that we won't actually use the door for another three weeks, but am assuming it will be fine based on the level and quality of service they gave us. I can't say enough positive things about Guy Padgett and his son Casey. Services Rendered: Needed garage door opener fixed from flood damage caused by Irma.

Technician KC came in with a smile and left with one, what a pleasant young man. Right to the point of finding our trouble quickly. He educated us on what to do in the future and owner maintenance. He repaired a safety issue and lubricated all that he could. The door works as it never has in our ownership, great! The home was pressure washed, then the garage door quit working...apparently the outdoor receptacle got moist and tripped the GFI outlet, flipping at the power box did no good to reset it. We didn't know we had a GFI in the garage...KC popped it and the motor came right on...OKAY! A+ for this company with their customer service! I will recommend them to all my neighbors! Excellent. Family run business with 35 years of experience, attention to detail and pride in their work. They worked quickly, expertly and efficiently. They lubed and adjusted my garage doors so that they operate better than when the house was new. They found a couple of safety related problems that I had never noticed and fixed them quickly. I was going to install the opener myself to save a few dollars but I'm glad I hired Guy Padgett and his son to do the installation instead. It's well worth the money to have the job done right and correct problems that could cause an accident with my family. They have my highest recommendation. Services Rendered: Installed garage door opener. Inspected garage doors. Lubed and adjusted garage doors.

He came out and promptly reviewed and diagnosed the problem. Also when the accident occurred, it weakened the spring brace and we could have been seriously injured. He fixed part of the install and all the other problems he could promptly and efficiently. He told us what we could do to fix the issue he could not. Services Rendered: Repairs to my botched garage door install. Due to an improper install, the sensors were not put up and the door hit something and the operator partially crushed it.

Upon initial contact it took one day for us to have the garage door installed. Installation was done without any issues and was exactly what we were looking for. Very professional and nice folks- we definitely would use again in the future. They arrived on time exactly when promised. Services Rendered: Installation of a Lift Master Garage door opener
