A couple weeks ago, I contacted Precision Garage Doors to get an estimate on replacing the doors on my two car garage. The technician listened to my "decorative" ideas and offered his honest suggestions with the understanding that I wanted curb appeal doors He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The doors were scheduled to be ready and installed within two weeks but were ready one week early. Installer Jimmy Harper, very courteous and people friendly, arrived on time for the installation. Harper explained every phase of the materials and installation completing it earlier than expected, including installing two garage door openers. He was very patient with my lack of technology and ensured I understood the functionality of the installed materials. Thanks to Jimmy and the Precision Team, I have the best functioning, curb appeal garage doors for miles.

My garage door spring broke this past Saturday and after a call to Precision that morning, they quickly responded and had their technician, Cleveland, out to my home within an hour or so. He changed-out the springs and had my door back in business again in 30 minutes. Precision also responded in the same manner 3 years ago when my garage door opener died and had to be replaced. They are a great company with very professional staff and they are hands down the best around. Loyal customer for life!
The technician Jesse, came out and got down to business. I felt his evaluation of the past opener was genuine and I did not hesitate, to just get a whole new unit. Thank you for the honesty sir. As for the Precision Company, thank you for sending this technician to my home. He was fully prepared had everything needed to replace the machine and now it's working perfectly, I honestly thought I would have had to wait until all materials needed were in his possession. To do the job but he had everything on his truck. That alone to me says alot about your quality of service. Which to me is money well spent.
Excellent service and experience. My technician Cleveland was punctual and extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed my issue, and gave me a very fair quote, which was better than several quotes I received from other companies. Cleveland was able to complete my repair faster than expected, and double checked his work. My garage door now works better than it ever had before. I can't say it enough, but excellent service and repair.
We had a retention spring break, in our garage. Called Precision overhead door service. Came out the next morning and replaced and repaired our door with two new springs... Great job and great service.. thank you Mr. Cleveland Davis...
They start off as a super believer in customer service, very impressive, then you talk to the scheduler/customer service representative and find she's an old grump that could care less. As a repeat customer I explained my emergency and without apology scheduled me for a week out and said that's all they have.

After a disaster with a local garage door repair firm, we called Precision, they gave us a date and approximate time to expect a technician. The tech came well within the expected time and proceeded to tell me what was going on and what would be done. 1 1/2 hrs later, he was done and the results were great. The tech was "Nick" and he was very professional. I would use Precision again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.. Thank you Precision for a job well done
Their technician quoted us $1,500 for a job that the next guy we called in fixed in 10 minutes for $125. So their tech was either incompetent or trying to sell us something we didn't need. He also cracked a bunch of paint on our doors by slamming the door down--twice--to demonstrate how the springs were faulty. I contacted the company to let them know this happened--just so he wouldn't do it to the next customer--but they didn't even bother contacting me back. And then they wanted a review! Well, here it is.

We had a garage door fall apart. I called Paget's and they came out that day to temporarily patch and close. Had our new replacement the next day. I didn't comparison shop but others told me I paid a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this family business.

Installers were great for the most part. Doors are awesome, but I spent the extra $$$ to get soft close motors and doors. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is... They installed my outside door pads at different heights.
Five star for the technician he did a great job and was very nice. Be aware the call center isn't able to give quotes accurately if you are in need of actual cost ask them to contact a technician before having one sent. Great company to have work done with!
Precision Garage Door Services were awesome. Greyson the technician was amazing. His knowledge and incite was impeccable. They were punctual got phone call when he was 30 min away from my house I recommend Precision for any thing dealing with garages.

The serviceman technician was polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and provided us with several options. We chose the option that best suited us and he installed a new belt assembly and lubricated the door and all the points in the system as well as checking the electric connections and replacing a light. The door works great and we are very pleased. We will use them again. Services Rendered: My Garage Door would not open. Preferred Garage Door Services came The same day, and repaired by replacing the drive belt assembly.
My garage door malfunctioned on 6/21/17. I called Precision Garage Door that evening and they had a technician at my home by 4pm on 6/22/17. He was very courteous and very professional. He diagnosed the problem, gave me my options and we chose the most cost-effective option presented. I would absolutely use them again! Services Rendered: The garage door motor needed a part replaced that allowed the chain to function properly that opened and closed the door.
