Installer was a little less friendly then expected, but not rude just not overly sociable. However the work quality was amazing and install is great . Good quality work for sure . Definitely recommend them to friends . When I set this up I was very impressed by how polite and professional everyone was who I spoke to on the phone . Thank you

Great Company to work with, that deal with quality products. Don't waste your time with Big box stores. Rowe Doors were better in pricing and you actually have competent people that can answer your questions. Looking forward to working with them in the future for my other projects. -

From the very start Paul L. handle the order perfectly-he even went out of his way and assisted me with other questions, support and carried the section to the vehicle. The staff was great also! Best Customer Experience and Pricing! Very helpfully in helping me order doors and providing me with the knowledge as I was dealing with low ceiling in my garage. Rowe Doors provided with with everything I needed for the installation. There staff is helpful and they beat out prices compared to big box stores!

From our initial meeting with Mark for a selection and estimate to Ed who installed the door was a very easy and smooth process. Very friendly and professional staff. Ed kept us informed and involved with the installation. He even cut and reinstalled the mail slot. We used this company 2 other times over the years, would not use anyone else. Door looks super, great seal and works super quiet.

The doors look great and the service was only delayed by waiting for the doors to arrive. Once Rowe received the doors they were quick to get them installed. The two man crew worked like clockwork and professional. The new premium openers as very nice with great lights and very quiet. Looking forward to not have ice in the inside of the class and doors.

Absolutely NO!!! Had an opener installed on a commercial garage door, THEIR bolt broke off the Friday before Labor Day. I called them at 4pm, was told they are closing until next Thursday. I said I have my personal vehicle in the garage. They told me to try and open the garage myself, 14' door, I can't!, it's way too heavy. I called them back, they put me in their voicemail, even though they don't close for another 15 mins. They refused to assist me when THEIR equipment was faulty after just a few months. I'm stuck without my vehicle until a week from now??????

Rowe replaced our Garage door, the tracks, and installed a new opener. They managed to get us in the schedule several days earlier than originally planned which was fantastic since our old door was literally falling off the track. The work was done in a little over 3 hours. The installers were polite and professional which is greatly appreciated. No complaints or issues at all, hire these guys with confidence.

My reason for contacting Rowe Door was because my garage door was reversing due to a bind. Rowe installed my door in approximately 1995 and it had never had any service. The service man knew the problem in about two minutes and without hesitation proceeded to resolve the problem. I decided the system needed a full service call. The serviceman was very professional and knew his business, the door was running like new in about an hour. From my initial phone call I was given accurate information on when and what to expect in a polite professional manner. I felt the price for the job was fair and competitive. He arrived on time, did the job quickly and professionally, for the amount quoted. Everything works great and he cleaned up after himself. I also want to add that we called 4 other places that were A rated on this website (as well as requested quotes using the website) - we are still waiting to hear from them at all. Nobody else answered the phone or responded to our queries in any way. Rowe picked up the phone when we called, made an appointment within a short time-frame, and got the job done well in a few hours for a very reasonable price. I had an old garage door with an automatic opener. The entire thing was so shot it would not go up and down without stopping many times. So annoying. I saw a billboard advertising.."do you need a new garage door?"...It was the Rowe company which I had heard of before and I know they have been installing garage doors for at least 40 years. So I called the number. They accommodated my work schedule and sent a representative to my home to establish the estimate. In about 2 weeks, I had my new door installed. I now watch this door go up and down like a kid in a toy store! It is perfect....so quiet and smooth. Why did I wait so long to do this?

The owner and installer were very professional and accommodating. Services Rendered: Owner was very helpful and professional. Broken garage door opener was replaced quickly and new door was installed when it came in from the factory. Had a problem with one side molding and had to wait until almost 8 weeks after installation until the custom part came in and was installed.
