Google5This place is great!! The customer service we got from Amber was so good. I've called about 8 other door companies, and this place is the best. Very competitive on price too. They showed up to install a new garage door opener and had it done in less than an hour. I am definitely recommending this company to anyone who needs garage door care and installation.

Google5Had a busted spring and called Garage Tech for an estimation and scheduling. The technician arrived within the expected time frame with a 10min ahead reminder call prior to arrival. The spring was fixed very promptly and everything went just as expected. Highly recommend Garage Tech and thanks for the trouble-free services.

Google5My garage door spring was busted today. Called them and Casey set me up with same day service to replace the spring. SW came at 11 bing bang boom and i got my garage door back in operating condition again. Thank you Garage Tech for the quick service.

Yelp5Thank you, Guy! I called in the same day to repair a broken spring on my garage, and they made all efforts to finish the job on the same day. Guy was professional and quick! The price is very, very reasonable; a few other vendors I called were at least $100 more expensive.

Yelp5From start to finish a stellar experience. On the phone initially I got great advice and education about garage door openers - models and options. Scheduling the work was easy, James was the technician and he did a great job. He arrived on time, was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Google5I had a broken garage door spring and my next door neighbor recommended Garage Tech--- the company that did the exact same repair a few months prior for them and they were very happy with the work. I spoke to Garage Tech on the phone at 11:47am and was told they happened to have a technician working in the area that would come by. My spring was repaired by 1:22pm. I could not ask for better service. The office staff and technician were all fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Google5There is a plethora of 'Garage Door Repair/Replacement' companies around, so I relied on Yelp and Google reviews to narrow the field. The local company, GarageTech came highly recommended, with glowing reviews from homeowners. I whole heartedly agree with those 5 star reviews! From my initial contact with Shonna to the quick response the next day by James in sales and service, I was absolutely delighted to find a company that responded to my 'emergency' so quickly, professionally, and reasonably priced. Although this was 'only' the repair of a broken torque spring (just enough to get us by until we can replace the whole garage system), the work was done quickly and neatly by James. I can't believe how relatively smooth and quiet the door is operating now! Thank you GarageTech!

Google5Needed a broken spring replaced and Garage Tech did the last replacement in 2014, before we owned our house. Got us scheduled very quickly and Chris was very nice and professional! Glad they left their sticker on our wall.

Yelp5When one of our old garage doors broke, Garage Tech was very responsive to answering our questions about repair costs vs installing new doors. They told us our LIft Masters were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. Their prices were reasonable and we were able to be scheduled in about a week for installing brand new ooors. We are very pleased.

Yelp5My garage door got stuck halfway down. Knowing it was Friday I was worried about someone being able to come out before the weekend. Even though they were technically booked, they were able to fit me in and someone was here within a few hours. The tech did an inspection and the fix was so easy that instead of charging me for a service call, they only charged me for the tech to come out, which was half the cost of a service call. Mitch was prompt and professional, and made sure I wasn't gouged financially.

Yelp51) One of our torsion springs broke Monday evening. 2) Proceeded to YouTube how to replace garage door torsion spring. Decided it was too risky even for someone like me who is decently mechanically inclined and handy (my opinion, of course.) 3) Went on Yelp Tuesday morning to canvas some price quotes from reputable garage door repair companies. 4) Got about 10 replies from different entities, 7 out of 10 required an "in-person inspection" before sending an approximate price. This is with me sending out dimensions, pictures, part numbers, torsion spring widths, length, etc. (.207, P175S, 24 inch spring length, etc) You would think they could give you rough estimate with all that info. 5) Out of the three that responded, Garage Tech sent a bid that was best priced and committed to a SPECIFIC time that worked best for me. The others wanted to show up between a 2-3 hour window. Nah. I've had too much of that nonsense from Comcast. 6) Garage Tech showed up ON TIME (actually got there before me, as I rushed home from work). Paid the price as quoted. Did additional adjustments to the garage door, etc. The tech was done in maybe an hour. Very nice guy, got it repaired quickly. 2 year warranty included. 7) Garage door was up and running in less than 24 hours. TLDR; 1) Quick replies, quick scheduling, shows up on time, 2) Excellent pricing, able to give rough $ PRICE quote via messages 3) No nonsense, fast repair. 4) 2 year warranty

Google5They did a fantastic job with our garage doors. We had old, wood doors from the 80s and Chris came out and quoted us exactly what we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We placed the order and were given a pretty long lead time (due to Covid) and when a factory issue caused another delay, we got a phone call letting us know. It was out of their hands, but they communicated everything to us. Before installation, they called to verify that they would be there the next day and gave a 30 minute window. The installers showed up on time and got to work. They did a fantastic job, were extremely professional and friendly. The process was seamless from start to finish with Garage Tech and our new doors look so much better.

Angi5Over the phone before the service was scheduled a series of questions were asked. They made a couple of suggestions, but also their recommendations. I went with what they recommended. It was perfect! Services Rendered: Was having issues with erratic function issues with the garage door.

Angi5Job was handled efficiently, and afterwards both doors were operating properly. I had one door that would come all the way down, but would then go back up immediately. I had some sort of light interference on one of the sensors from a nearby window which required the positions of the sensors to be switched. The other door was operating in the proper manner but had a small shimmy just before it closed all the way. Door adjustments were made, things tightened and lubed, and door closes more smoothly now. The repairman did not try to sell me any new/expensive products. Services Rendered: Adjust both garage doors for proper operation.

Angi5The folks at Garage Tech were helpful from the initial phone call. After describing the problem, they felt confident they could fix it and gave a ball-park quote and were willing to come out immediately. We agreed on a scheduled time the next day, and Chris punctual, courteous, professional, and even though the problem was not what was initially expected, he was able to get creative to not only fix the door, but it is running better than it has in years.
