The work was completed quickly, within the 30-minute initial service time limit, so no additional costs were incurred. I had Rainer Garage Door out to my home to specifically replace my Genie motor in Mid January. Although they tried to convince me to go with Lift Master, to match the other door I needed the motor to be a Genie (which I told them in advance). My door is inoperable and have been trying to get Miguel to provide a quote for weeks. I tried to be a repeat customer, but nobody at Rainer Garage Door has been able to help. Very disappointed.

Our aging garage door mechanism fell onto one of our cars. While we were able to get the car out, the garage door remained open. I contacted Rainier Garage Doors, and within a few hours Marcus and Ryan appeared at the end of their long day to replace the bolt that fell out and get our garage door functioning again. They were quick, clean, kind, had all the necessary parts, professional and knowledgeable. We have used Rainier Garage Door several times over the years. We had a minor issue with one of our doors (after I replaced a spring myself). Justin came out , trouble shot the issue and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. He was very nice and this was obviously not his first rodeo. We will continue to use Rainier for all of our garage door needs. Good company. Good staff. Oh, I forgot to mention that this was one day service. I called Rainier at about 1:00pm and Justin was there late afternoon. I expected to wait at least a week for the service. Two big thumbs up for Rainier.

The biggest scammers- do NOT use this company. The first red flag I should have paid attention to was their billing system, $139+ tax for a half hour to come out, and $140 hour after that broken into "15 minutes". I didn't listen to myself; a guy came out and tells me the issue is my motor or maybe rollers. I asked how he knew that, and he proceeded to try to sell me a $825 Lift Master 87504 motor, or 10 rollers with bearings for $135 + tax. I am over it. This comes to $153.04. I recently went to pay him with my card, and he started to write down my credit card number. BURNING RED FLAG, I stopped him and asked what the hell he was doing. He replies we also take checks and cash. I reluctantly paid cash for 16 minutes of service, and there is no solution to my problem. I called the company and spoke to whom I presume is the owner, Miguel, who offered no refund or discount and can care less about my issue, but happily informed me they do carry a cheaper motor a Lift Master 4 87504R for 765+ tax . PLEASE BEWARE of this company.

It is a excellent experience! I sent a quote through yelp yesterday. Though they are not the first one replying me, they replied still pretty quick. The whole process is nice and quick and the price is reasonable. The communication with both Marcus and Sales team (Miguel) are efficient. Our garage door finally works :)

The garage door at my home was bent and couldn't close it because I accidentally drove into it before it was fully open. I found Rainier Garage door on Yelp. They are located in Bellevue and they were available to come to my location in the same day in the afternoon. After making a phone call during noon time, they arrived within just over 2 hours. The technician's name was Marcus, and I 100% highly recommend him. He was very kind, polite, humble, and within 30 seconds, I got the confidence this technician knows his thing. His skills were excellent, and he was very dedicated to his work. In a short amount of time, he swiftly repaired the garage door. In the end, he only charged less than $300 for the service. In conclusion, Rainier Garage Door provides enthusiastic and efficient service. If you need to repair your garage door, this company is definitely worth a try. Especially technician Marcus, who is gentle, polite, and makes you feel welcomed, with satisfactory work efficiency. In comparison, I got a $1200+300 quote from Ed's Garage Door Services Inc right before Rainier Garage Door. Ed's is totally scammed. After I said it's too pricy, the technician said I could probably get another company to quote $400-500, but they won't do the work properly. After I said I want to quote some more companies the technician from Ed's was very unpleasant and said this $1500 price is for today only . At the end, Rainier garage door only charged me less than $300, what a good person and good company!! Marcus wrote the receipt very clearly and he did not charge me a single cent more. I'm going to spread good words about them to my neighbors.

Something jammed the the garage door to the shed at our church so it would not open. I had a great experience years ago with Rainier Garage Door when they serviced the garage door at my house, and they did a quality job again. Robert arrived in the specified time window and even called ahead to give a more precise arrival time. He quickly assessed the problem, got the door moving again by aligning the guide wire, but then went the extra mile to make sure it ran smoothly. He noticed there was a gap on one side when it was closed, so he adjusted the door to close more evenly. He lubricated all the rollers and spring to ensure it would move more easily, and now the door stays all the way up. He noticed the guide rail was crooked on one side and straightened it so now the rollers are not strained or pulling out. He installed extra screws on the bars holding the rollers to the door since from experience he knows they have a tendency to pull out. He also added extra screws so the weather stripping was tight on the bottom of the door. He noted that the spring was old and could break soon, but no pressure to replace it, so I left it for now. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Rainier, and will keep using them in the future. Services Rendered: Shed garage door would not open

The tech arrived early, and after spending 10 minutes confirming that the door segments would (and could) be replaced, instructed us that part of the service call fee would be taken into consideration for the larger job - I was very uncomfortable paying anyone $140 for 10 mins of work, but the tech’s assurance helped me justify the cost. I’ve since contacted the company twice to ask for an estimate of the work so we could get it scheduled, and after being told the last time that “we’re still processing your paperwork” have never heard back from them. Services Rendered: We needed to have 3 horizontal panels replaced on our garage door, due to impact damage. We had Rainier Garage Doors come out to assess the work and provide an estimate.
