We had All Bay Garage Doors replace two garage doors with new ones at a rental home in San Leandro. Kevin is responsive, fairly priced, and gives excellent service- something that seems harder to come by these days. The doors were installed before drywall and electric work was completed and they came back after to place the openers on the walls, program the remotes, and do some rewiring. Kevin even trimmed back some drywall that was installed incorrectly. This company goes above and beyond! This was not the first time we have used them and will not be the last!
Simply the best. We decided to replace our old wood sliding door and reached out to All Bay Garage Door by way of referral from my contractor. So glad that we did. Kevin and Mike were great to work with and in very clear terms presented us what our options are. Demolition and installation was done in less than a day and any structural and aesthetic issues were resolved quickly. The quality of the door we chose was excellent so far. We have some very minor post installation issues that needs to be addressed and Kevin was quick to respond to our phone call and came out to schedule a time to resolve those issues. I will not hesitate to say that the company's customer service is gold standard. Please support this local company.
This company provided amazing service. I called with what basically ended up as a "call an electrician to replace a lightbulb" situation- but after researching on YouTube and checking everything they said, I still couldn't figure it out. When I called to describe the problem, I was given a next day, free of charge visit so they could take a look and provide a quote. Francis (the technician) called to let me know he could arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment, and to make sure that was ok. He was super friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot when the problem was simply that my cats had disengaged the chain drive and there was a specific way to re-engage it. He also did a basic maintenance (which we've never done) and pointed out thingss we need to pay attention to. I wish I could give them 10 stars, because they truly deserve it!! My garage door is now secured, in working order, and up to date on maintenance.
All Bay garage is very efficient, upon calling Hanna answer the phone quickly and assisted with setting sameday appointment. Kevin arrived, he was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Kevin explained my garage door issues, gave me a fair quote and fixed my garage door.
Had a carport that we added a wall to but needed a gargage door and a header wall done. All Bay came out and completed the entire installation in less than a day. It came out looking great! Night and day difference. Very happy with my install, if you're not using these guys for your garage door install you're making a major mistake...

Kevin and Hannah and their team at All Bay Garage Doors provide excellent service. Kevin leads the team and has a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in his chosen area. Hannah runs the office and is extremely effective at staying in contact and answering all questions. And Mike, along with Kevin, is an expert at garage door installation. Our new garage door looks great and works really well, especially after Kevin returned post-installation and quickly fixed one rather unusual issue we were having. We purchased a garage door from All Bay a few months ago. I screwed up and blocked the door with some plywood a couple of months later and the drive cable unwound. All Bay sent a man pretty quickly and the repair was done for a reasonable price. I had a similar problem not caused by me this time an the owner Kevin came out within a few hours to troubleshoot the problem and make corrections. He went through the entire set up to make sure everything was correct and lubed areas to make sure all was up to spec. I also own my own Garage Epoxy company and have many of the same clients and business issues as Kevin. I pretty much never write reviews because of the time it takes to sit down and do so. Kevin already has great reviews but I wanted to also chime in and let people know there are still some reputable, responsible and honest small businesses out there. Kevin and his All Bay Garage Doors company are one of them.
Loved working with All Bay Garage Doors. I had an urgent need to replace my door and opener. They were fast to respond, knowledgeable in their assessment, and even proactively tailored the repair to only the components that needed it, helping their quote come in below the rest. Install went super smooth, and after some quirks / questions arose in the following weeks, the owner himself came by (same day I contacted them) to provide answers and further optimize the install. Couldn't be happier with this crew, and their dedication to quality service.
DO NOT USE this company. Very shady people with bogus quotes. They do not honor their quotes. Owner Kevin is one rude person. He is very unprofessional and does not honor anything their technicians quote you. They will just sweet talk you to get the job with a lower ball price and then later keep adding the price saying I am not making any money of this install, blah blah blah. Their are many reputed companies out there. These guys are not one of them.

I even called him a year later to make some fine- tuned adjustments and he came over the very next day. Great service, prompt, professional, honest and kind. My go- to garage door company from now on.
Contacted All Bay to obtain a free repair estimate. It was the last of three estimates I pursued. Kevin was available sooner than the pre-arranged appointment time. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the problem and estimated all applicable costs. Not only was the written bid template thoughtfully laid out, it was well explained. After discussing it with my spouse he promptly completed all repairs. As proprietor of a small business I appreciate friendly, courteous and efficient professionalism.
