From day one we've had great communication. The quote was competitive and customer service was very responsive by text, email and phone! The owner met with my husband to go over the details. Catherine followed up promptly and when the garage door arrived it was arranged for installation with convenient dates to choose from. Eddy was our installer and had two other gentleman with him to install our new door. It went smoothly- they cleaned up after the install and Eddy went out of his way to assist and review the programming of the openers. He also gave us many tips to extend the life of our new garage door and its parts. Our new opener is very quiet and the new garage door is stunning.

Many years back I had installed a set of gates at a commercial building we own and manage. From the get go they never worked correctly and were a source of absolute frustration for me and all my tenants. I went through 3 different companies to fix the problems from the original install. Then I was lucky enough to find Bar and Garage Door Pros. Bar came out and analyzed the situation, made recommendations, and finally made the needed changes. This was not an easy fix. Not only was the original work done wrong but my later attempts to make needed changes layered problems on top of problems but Bar stuck with it until it was fixed. Needless to say, they have been working well for the past several years with just routine maintenance needed. If you want your job done right from the beginning, call Bar. I would strongly recommend garage door pro for garage service . Mr. Bar the service guy came into my garage and after inspection he gave me option to repair old one to save money or install brand new garage door opener . He is very nice guy and explained me many things about the new door opener . His installation was quick and clean, everything works perfectly once done!

Needed to replace motor and spring on garage door. Called out garage door pros. They came out that same day and I called late in the day. Unfortunately there was a problem with the way the previous owner installed it.(with many other things I've found at my house ). But they came back fist thing in the morning and fixed it right and running perfectly. Eric was very nice and knowledgeable. He got job done quickly and clean. I'm selling my house and had a house inspection that day, so he needed to get it done before and he did. I also thought their pricing was good. O
