Yelp5So let's be honest. It's extremely stressful to trust a person with your home. It is. We know it. But so does David at BMS GARAGE DOORS AND GATES! It felt like from my first call with David that his goal was to make my garage door install as stress and anxiety free as possible. In fact. He simply replied "No problem!" To most of my requests. From asking him to meet me on my schedule. "No problem !" To installing my door in a short time frame "No Problem!" To me asking for a few special touches "No problem !" To me insisting that I'm extremely picky when it comes to quality. "No problem ! I am too!" Now David met me and my wife in our home. He was on time. Polite. Clean and professional as well as courteous and well spoken. He discussed options with us. He was straightforward about the prices and what he could and could not do for us. He pointed out that our contractor needed to do some additional work prior to a successful door install and he worked seamlessly with our contractor (Om's Home Remodeling. Ask for Yuval "Yuvi". You'll love him!) Anyways. I just got done clicking my clicker about a 1/2 million times and gleefully watching my new door go up n down. I checked the safety sensors. I checked the hardware. I checked it all! No weird POPS ! or BANGS! No rattling like 77 tin cans behind a VW Bug. Just a very quiet whirring sound and me laughing happily until I saw neighbors staring. The work is very high quality. The service is top notch. The products are high end. The price was so fair I feel like I owe him something extra. I think they got it right ! I'm picky and I can be extremely critical of mistakes. I have nothing bad to say about BMS or Mister David. Thanks guys !!

Yelp5They repair man came an hour when it was raining after I called them and they fixed our garage door that wouldn't close all the way without having to get a brand new door. Would highly recommend for emergencies.

Yelp5Ah yes, the perks of owning a home. We closed our garage door this morning and I heard a loud metal clank and lo and behold, the garage door wouldn't open. Turns out our springs gave out (they were old so it was about time). We got a couple quotes via Yelp and BMS came back with a reasonable quote and showed up within the hour! Talk about being quick and efficient. Sean helped us change out our weather strip, two drums and two springs in what seemed like no time. He walked us through what the issues were and what needed to be done. The takeaway: Sean was quick, efficient and transparent. I'd highly recommend giving them a call when you run into any garage troubles!

Yelp5I cannot recommend Sean and BMS enough. Sean visited the property three times before installing the system. He adjusted the quote to fit our needs and did not try to over sell while still balancing safety, utility, and budget. Sean also took the time to teach us about the system, including the options before it was installed then using the system after it was installed. It took some time and coordination to schedule the work because of the weather, but Sean communicated well in advance of any changes and easily accommodated my schedule. Santiago who installed the system, was also very thorough and took the extra time to the conduit was not only installed properly. After installation, Sean came back at our request to adjust the keypad location (we changed our mind on location). Sean was also available for trouble shooting (user error) weeks after install. Sean is very responsive by text, phone call, and offered to come to the property to show me how to make the necessary adjustments to the system. Having contacted many vendors for this project, I can confidently say that Sean and his team are exceptional.

Yelp5Very pleased with this company. Firstly, the response to our initial inquiry was within 15 minutes. Sean came by soon after to discuss my needs and made sure he understood want I wanted in an iron gate. He adjusted and adapted with his contractors and welders to customize the gate with quality materials. Workers were diligent and followed his directions. He was honest about his familiarity or not of products like ring doorbells etc. and helped us explore options to meet our needs without added costs or electrical work. I also had him install a new garage door opener and update garage parts. The opener is now updated with camera and Smart Control. He did not push for anything that was not needed and was honest about the condition of certain parts that could wait before replacing and to keep the sturdy wooden garage door rather than replace to a newer aluminum type given crime demographics. It was great that this company provided quality service and products for both needs saving us time and money in the end. Yes, I recommend them for gates and garage needs.

Yelp5Sean arrived in the morning assessing our situation with our gate he figured out what was wrong. He left and sent Santiago to fix the problem with our gate. Santiago was professional, (super nice man) he explained everything he was doing and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. Very knowledgeable man. I would recommend this business. Yelp5David was kind to accommodate my request after I was arguing with HOA that I need a new garage door. After I got back to him after so long time, he had scheduled me the installation next day, same price, same service, no other bullshit. And here came Alex the next day, quickly finished his work, got me to test door, everything was a clean install then took the check and left. It had been such a clean business with BMS Garage Doors. definitely would be coming back to them if my or my neighbors garage door breaks

Google5Our garage door was broken and our car was stuck in our garage. We called BMS early and they were there within a few hours to fix our door. Sean was awesome, he was very courteous and explained all our options clearly and left us to make the decision that made sense for us. He went the the extra mile, explaining how we should maintain our door, rollers and new springs to get the maximum efficiency. Great experience all round.

Google5Had an issue with a garage door and BMS came out on a sunday. The issue ended up being very simple (its an old door) and they did not charge for the service call. Chi was great and provided a quote on the spot for a new door and installation. Will definitely consider BMS when we are ready to make the investment.

Google5I finally found a nice and knowledgeable person that worked on my gate . Sauce is reliable , digging deep to problem solving my gate issue . He went back and forth in the last few days to find the parts and got my gate working again . I highly recommend his service to everyone who needs a gate person . Thank you David !!

Google5have no complaints or any bad feedback with the work the repairman did for us. I appreciate the tips he gave me in keeping our garage door in good shape always. I highly recommend BMS Garage Doors! 5 Stars!
