Yelp5David helped me change the spring on the garage door a few years ago and did a great job. Recently I asked him to fix another issue. He came at a short notice, on time and fixed the issue quickly. I highly recommend David.

Yelp5My garage door broke on a Sunday evening, a cable had come unwound and a spring had snapped. Of the companies I had contacted for a quote, Pro Line was the only one to promptly reply via an automated message and then via phone the next day later in the morning. David was able to schedule a time in the afternoon and was very close to the start time of the service window he provided. During the assessment of the problem, David found a number of worn parts and issues that needed to also be addressed. This was likely the first time the door had been serviced in its 17 year life. After providing me a quote, David got to work. While dissembling everything, he found additional problems that would need additional parts (yes, they were clearly needed). This increased the cost but it was only by the cost of the parts. He made some additional recommendations but didn't push. Bottom line, if you are in a bind with garage door issues, contact Pro Line.

Google5David responded very quickly and we set up appt for the next day as non-emergency. Communication was awesome, arrived ahead of schedule, problem was diagnosed and fixed immediately! Pro Line is now for go to for ANY garage door problems. When sharing w/ a friend my new found source, turns out David is already their go to for door service & preventive maintenance. 5+ Stars!

I appreciate that he took the time to educate me on what was going on and make sure everything newly installed was working. Google5Highly recommend David and Pro Line! This was my 2nd time requesting their help, this time due to a broken spring. David recommended a full rebuild which I agreed to, and also optioned to replace the original garage door opener (25+ years) with a brand new one. Communication was excellent and David was punctual. Super appreciative of Carlos as well; they both came back to diagnose a sound during opening and replaced the bottom rubber too!

Google5I HIGHLY recommend ProLine Garage Doors. I needed to replace a 25yr old Garage Door opener and David did a fantastic job. He provided information quickly and gave an immediate price quote for the several models he recommended. He was on time and very professional. If you need any garage door work done, you won't be disappointed with Proline. I already informed David that I will be calling him when we're ready to replace the garage door. 5+ stars

Google5Had a broken torsion spring. Our usual garage door person was out of town, so we were referred to Pro Line Garage Doors. They got my information over the phone and gave an immediate price quote. David and Carlos came out the same afternoon at the time they said they would. After looking things over, they explained that our garage door had actually been installed correctly and that explained some of the early wear we were experiencing. They went into details and answered my questions, and based on what they showed me and explained, I believed them. They presented two quotes (one for just replacing the spring that I had called them out for, and one for repositioning the track and replacing the broken hinges -- clearly broken once they pointed it out to me which backed up their diagnosis). I went with the full fix. They had to come out the next morning because it was a more involved repair, but they came out at the designated time and got it all fixed up in the designated window. They also automatically send a text message when they're on their way out. Everything about Pro Line Garage Doors was professional, timely, and their pricing seemed in line with others. I would gladly go with them again for future repairs.

Google5They are great. We had the broken springs twice and David came as soon as he could, fixed them within few hours. He always responses quickly to our calls. They also let you know 20 minutes in advance when they are coming to your house. I would call nobody else but Pro Line Garage Doors if we have garage problems

Google5Pro Line did a great job replacing my garage doors. They were not the cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for. Communication was great and they were easy to work with. They started the install the next day after we agreed on price. The installer (Carlos) was friendly and went above and beyond. I asked if he had advice on how to fill a gap next to the garage door frame (I was thinking spray foam) and he offered to cut a piece of wood and even painted and caulked it - that was beyond expectations. As he was leaving I asked about maintenance and he recommended spraying lube on the springs once per year. When I asked him which product to use he actually gave me a spray can of the lube they use. It was clear that they really want to take care of their customers. I will definitely be using them for any future maintenance and I highly recommend them!

Yelp5Was ready to go to work, but my garage door wouldn't open on Halloween!! Called a few companies and some were closed on Halloween. Dave was available and came out by 10:30 and replaced my opener and did a checkup on my door. Am so happy as the new opener is awesome and I now have confidence that my door will preform well for a long time. Dave was great......worked until the job was done which took several hours due to the size of my garage and adjustments needed. I highly will always say "go with Dave"!!! He's great:))

Yelp5My wife came home late last night from work and discovered that our main garage door was not opening. We called for help first thing in the morning and David was able to come by earlier than the initial time window that was provided. David quickly diagnosed the issue and found that the garage door spring was broken - luckily he had a spring with him in his truck. The installation was done professionally and within reasonable time. Most importantly, David put in the extra effort to make sure it was working even smoother than before the garage door broke. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Highly recommend Pro Line and their services.

Yelp1You didn't give us the receipt of spring purchase (cheap/low quality springs) and you just verbally gave us a two year warranty. Anyway, springs keep loosen their tensions in just over a year. I believe the life of springs may last at around 7 - 10 years. Also, you didn't install springs correctly because when being manually lifted up, the garage door can't keep its location where it is supposed to be when released. It drops down to floor. You know this can injure/kill people especially kids under the garage door at that time, right? You also promised to come back and replace springs in 3 months if the springs continue loosing their tensions but when I contacted you, you blocked my call/number. As a business owner, you should deal with any conflict from customers and resolve it, not blocking their calls and walk away. That is irresponsible from my point of view.

Google5I have used David twice to repair my garage. First my spring went bad and then a few years later my 10 year old garage motor died. Both issues, David was able to come the same day and repair it. David is very professional and trustworthy. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the work he performed. I will continue to use his services in the future and will highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Google5David and his team are professionals, I met David a few years ago. He repaired my garage door, while a few others couldn't fix it, and within these years I had no issue with it. A few years later, now, I asked him to replace entire garage door on my new house, and he did it perfectly, with a reasonable price. I highly recommend David, call him with no hesitation, if you want your garage door to be perfect. Thanks David for amazing job,

From the very beginning, they were responsive and communicative. David answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and was very accommodating. The installation itself was also excellent. Carlos arrived on time and was very skilled and professional. Using his great craftsmanship, he was able to install my new door quickly & efficiently. He answered all my questions and made sure that everything was perfectly paired and configured between the Door and the Opener. He also cleaned up everything and left my garage in perfect condition. I am very happy with my new garage door, and I would highly recommend Pro Line Garage Doors to anyone. They are a skilled and experienced company that provides prompt and great service.
