Our garage door wouldn't open and I was able to get a quote via text from Real Garage Doors after sending a few pictures. They provided a reasonable estimate, and scheduled for their technician to come by the next day. Sunny was polite and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend.

I thought that the motor was bad, but it was a broken spring. I called on 12/26 and they were able to send a technician (Sonny?) out on 12/27 at a convenient time for me. The spring(s) were promptly replaced, the system was lubricated and I have a one-year guarantee. I would not want to do what needed to be done. The work seemed very dangerous for a home repair task that I generally try to do. I think that the service was worth the cost. I strongly recommend Real Garage Doors.

My spring went out and when I was getting quotes from most of the other companies sent me a canned response for an in person estimate but Real Garage Doors was able to give me a quote from my photo. The estimate was very reasonable and I was able to get scheduled within a few hours the same day. Sunny came on time and was very knowledgeable. He found some issues from my installer from a different company. My door made a loud popping noise every it opened but having the bracket adjusted while replacing the spring, my door is silent now.

I called Real Garage Doors when another garage door company wouldn't return my calls and texts in a timely manner. My garage door was not opening and closing smoothly. I suspect it was the garage door opener. I received a response very quickly from Mike, the owner. I had an appointment the same day and within 2 hours of the initial contact. Sunny, the technician, actually arrived at my house within 30 minutes. Sunny checked the balance of the door and the connection of the spring rod to the 8500 model opener, making sure the screws were all tight. He recalibrated the up and down limits. Sunny was thorough. In the end I was not charged for the quick service. Once the opener does eventually need to be replaced, I will be sure to contact Real Garage Doors for an estimate and consideration for the job.

Mike responded quickly and we had an appointment setup for first thing Monday morning within 10 mins of my request (on the weekend). They gave me a fair price over messaging. Sonny, the technician, arrived on time (they use a 2 hour window) and was fast, friendly and efficient. No upsells or changes in price etc. The garage door tension spring broke and they were able to fix it within 30 mins. Over-all happy with the outcome.

Mike and his team had installed the side mount Lift Master 8500W back in 2020 and recently this machine stopped working. I called in Mike and within no time I had his technician Sunny visit the house the same day. Though the customer care of lift master company itself didn't help me much, but Mike and his team directly worked with their distributors to ensure a new motor gets installed the next day based on their evaluation of the faulty unit. I highly recommend Real Garage doors for their amazing customer service and very thorough technical staff including Sunny who was professional, friendly and patient.

Real Garage Doors were fast, honest, kind, and helpful. They'll be at the top of our list for when our door does need service! Our garage door needed rebalancing and we were having problems with the sensors. Mike responded to the quote request instantly and Sonny came out first thing the next morning. He fixed our sensor problem and told us we didn't need rebalancing yet (even though we'd been ready to pay him for it right then). He didn't try to sell us anything we don't need and while he was looking he gave us a bunch of tips for extending the life of the door. He was also very patient as I tested and retested the door to make sure all the openers were working.

Had an issue with the garage door spring and tension bar. Called this company on Monday 7/31/23 and they said they'll send someone between 10-12pm the following day. Sunny was the repair person who came out. He assessed the problem and thank god the spring and tension bar was still good and I was only charged for the labor of the repair. Sunny was very knowledgeable and punctual. He arrived 15 minutes early which allowed me to go back to work without losing too much time. Highly recommend this company

This was our first time working with Real Garage Doors and we were so impressed by the level of professionalism, from the first contact asking for a quote to having the end product installed. Sunny was so informative, friendly and knowledgable. He was organized, detail oriented, quick and efficient as well. Not only did he install the new garage door opener but also informed us about what we could do to keep our garage door working at its best. Can you believe that the response time was an average of 5-15 minutes!! Whenever I asked a question, I would have an answer back so quickly! And trust me, I did have a lot of questions. You seriously could not get this level of customer service anywhere!!! This company is top notch and our new go-to garage door company. We won't give our business to anyone else!

Our garage door broke on Friday night. We were able to identify the problem and called Real Garage Doors on Sat morning. Mike quoted us the most reasonable price and was there within 2 hours. He brought the part we needed, made the fix, and when there was some other alignment issue, Mike fixed that as well with no extra charge. Fantastic service and it was so easy. 10/10 would recommend to a friend/neighbor.

I had an exceptional experience working with Real Garage Doors and Mike, the owner. Our garage door was opening and closing at random times, so I called Mike for an estimate. I thought the estimate was definitely fair because I bought an insulated door, not the cheapest one and the top of the line opener with Internet connections, so I could use my iPhone to open it. Mike has a small business and is sometimes hard to get ahold of right away but I certainly cannot fault him for that. But he always returns calls, if you cannot get him on the phone right away. Also, I never felt pressured to buy anything. I took my time and looked over the information and Mike kindly answered my questions on the model types. The work was done in one afternoon, easy. Made me think "why didn't I call this guy sooner?". I hated my old wooden, noisy, drafty garage door. Services Rendered: Installed new garage door and opener.

They did a terrific job making our opener work in the low ceiling space available. The rail that came from Amazon was in pieces that needed to be connected. But Mike gave us a single full-length rail which is stronger and will last longer. It's been 2 years since they did the install and it still works great. We will definitely use Real Garage Doors when we're able to afford to replace the door as well. Services Rendered: We bought a new Chamberlain garage door opener on Amazon.com and Real Garage Doors installed for us. The price was reasonable and they stayed until the opener was fully installed and working perfectly.

We would recommend Real Garage Doors to anyone who needs garage door service. This is a small company so you deal only with Mike Rankin from the initial call to actual service. Services Rendered: Mike Rankin is the owner and the service professional that replaced two springs on our garage door. We got about half a dozen quotes and Real Garage Door is the only company that provided us with an absolute cost of our repair over the phone. Mike initially quoted me a time window of 3 - 5 pm but he got done with a prior job early so he called to asked if he can come after 2 pm. He arrived and replaced the springs within the hour. He lubricated the doors rollers, springs and openers' tracks. We had a great experience working with Mike Rankin of Real Garage Doors.
