Google4Ethan was fantastic. He was on time and kept the work environment neat He replaced the springs and was very thorough. I'd probably use them again for any garage door issues. They gave me a 3 year warranty for parts and labor. His price coming in was a little higher than others I've worked with, but we were able to negotiate. I'd give 5 star if the price was a little better but he did quality work and backed it with the warranty. So it was good.

Google5Arrived an hour after I called about a noisy garage door. Ethan replaced worn out 25 year old parts and explained what was going on. He was personable and knowledgeable. All in all a very positive experience. And did I mention, fast response?

Google5They are professional on the phone. Atlantis Garage Doors guys who came out to measure and quote were nice and thorough. Taking pictures of everything and confirming everything. The installer was on time and the nicest guy ever. He worked quickly and even helped make a good decision about my older but thicker rails. I felt confident about my decision to use and would recommend them as the go to company for garage doors bar none.

Google5I needed a broken spring repaired on my 7 foot double garage door. My experience with Atlantis was very good. Their service was prompt (on a Sunday), professional and courteous. I was concerned about the high price of parts (springs) and they went out of their way to help me understand that I was getting a fair value. Springs are not created equal and high cycle springs are more expensive than what you see at the big box retailers. Atlantis also provides a 5 year guarantee. I really appreciated the time they took to help put my mind at ease. I will use Atlantis again for future garage door needs. Thank you Eitan and Adam.

Google5Ethan, the technician, did a great job on our 14 foot high door. The spring needed to be adjusted and job was to dangerous for me to do. Ask a professional and Ethan was. Thank you.

Google5Our garage spring snapped the afternoon before a holiday weekend. We expected someone to just come out on Monday. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised when Shay was at our front door within the hour. Fixed the issue in about 30 minutes.
