I had a broken torsion spring on a garage door at one of my rental properties, I called early in the morning and they had a maintenance guy out the same day. He diagnosed and fixed the spring within a few hours of me calling. Fast turn around and fair price. 10/10 highly recommend.

Our 2 car garage door would not open, even the emergency cord failed. Called at 10 pm, said they would be out in 20 minutes, they were. Replaced 2 springs and the gear for the emergency cord. Reasonable priced.

Used them for years BUT my last two experiences were terrible! The positive part was they were quick to respond but the quality of service was sloppy and their costs were high. Don't bother calling their office for help "after" an install, just a couple of folks are helpful the rest are rude.

We had a garage door spring go out on a rental property. They were able to come next day and were very affordable on the replacement cost/service cost. I highly recommend!

Went in for a part and really know there stuff! He went out of his way to try and find one for me! I may just have them install new door and all very reasonable prices and they were very informative!

I had a garage door on a rental unit that came off track. I e-mailed Overhead Doors and they had it fixed and billed within an couple hours. Very professional and highly recommend!

I've used this company for years for both my home and company doors. Have always found them to be both fast in service and fair in price. This morning I called about my home opener not working quite right. After 18 years, my original opener had died. Greg from Overhead was there by lunch time and in less than an hour, he had installed a new opener and programmed my remotes. The guy knows his stuff. Great customer service.
