DONT RECOMMEND. Contacted this company for a new door, Steve came out, gave me a quote, said he could do it within a few weeks. Three + weeks later I called the company and talked to Steve again and he said he would come out the following Wednesday afternoon. NO SHOW and NO CALL and that was a few weeks ago and have never heard a word. This is not a professional company and definitely unreliable. It seems like the reviews are showing the same kinds of issues. Simple business lesson COMMUNICATE IF YOU CANT MAKE IT.
10/13/23 After waiting for more than a year, after countless phone calls and left messages, I have not received my 2 screen doors. Today, I went to the office in Show Low and talked to Steve. He told me that he has not made any screen doors in over a year. It would have been nice if he had told me that a few months ago. Then I could have moved on and not missed another season where you could open the doors and have fresh air I don't know where you come from, but, when I make a deal AND SHAKE ON IT, you have my word. Maybe it's a good thing that the deal did fall through. Makes me wonder if they would stand behind and product they make/sell. I would NOT recommend them,
I have used Ferguson a couple of times before and was impressed by Jamie, who was on time, and did the work quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly each time. That is why I called Ferguson door again when it was time to replace the door. I was told Jamie had left, but I would get a call from their new guy soon. That was Friday. I called again Monday, still no call back. I called again Tuesday and told them not to bother, I wouldn't want to do business with then under these circumstances. I feel bad when there is a place you have liked and recommended goes bad. I'm trying Kaiser now, so far so good, we'll see.
Although this company has been in our area for a good number of years and we have used this company before, our most recent encounter has not been very pleasant. We ordered a door, paid half the cost, and waited and waited. When we called to check on the door, we were told it was in Phoenix and was being picked up that Thursday. We never heard from Ferguson for around another week. I called again. The communication between business and client is really terrible. If we didn't call time and again, the door wouldn't be installed yet. Now, we are waiting on some repair work to be done. They have come, made a return appointment, never showed up or called. We waited until right before closing before calling to see if they were just running late, NOPE, maybe they'll show tomorrow. I have called to speak with the owners and get the same run around. Choose wisely folks
My wife and I recently purchased a newly built home . Even though it is a newly built there were some problems with barn doors, the door to the garage, a closet door, and a bedroom door. We contacted Steve Ferguson and he sent out Marvin and Larson. Marvin and Larson had to be creative in order to get the barn doors functioning properly. They fixed the issues with the other doors as well. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism. Thanks Steve, Marvin, and Larson
We had a bit of a different project. Our dated, deteriorating front door area was in need of a complete replacement. The wood was rotting and because of the way it was made, pieces of wood were coming off. It was a disaster and an eyesore for our home. Steve helped us design a new doorway using our current door (which is fine) with new sidelights inset with different types of glass in a beautiful pattern. He then simplified the construction and brought the entire new doorway in as a single piece. Installation went quickly and the result is spectacular. Such a great upgrade to our home!
Garage door spring broke yesterday and was unable to open door. Called Ferguson and early this morning Jamey showed up, took mesurements, and returned in a couple of hours and fixed the door. Very professional, friendly, answered all of my questions, expertly fixed the door and at a reasonable (my opinion) price. I can't think of anything more they could have done and I highly recommend their service.
Called Ferguson on a Sunday afternoon right after my garage door spring snapped. Left message asking for help. Monday morning 8:30AM Jamie called me and by noon my garage door was fixed! Can't say enough good things about this company. Jamie and Jacob worked us into their schedule to accommodate our needs. Great customer service!
