I have cancer which affects my ability to verbally communicate so I emailed asking for pricing on 1000, 1500 and 2500 gallon water tank. They refused to give price va email. I replied to them and told them why I needed a price and they refused to reply they discriminate against disabled individuals.
I called Show Low Garage Doors early this year to tell them that my garage door needed new weather stripping. In a week they sent out a young man with a piece of weather stripping. I reminded him that I had asked that the entire door be done. He said they didn't have my color, but would look around to see what they could order. A month later I called them to see what they had found out. They still had not located it. I said I really needed it and would take a color close to that one. I never heard from them again. Then, this summer I found that my gutter had been put on incorrectly when I got a new roof. It didn't allow water to drain from it. A friend of mine whom I respect said to try the company again. I called and talked to the owner. When I explained the problem and told him that my garage door still needed to be fixed, he said that he was two weeks out on the gutter, but I would have to wait until October to get the garage door fixed. Once again, I have not heard from Dan. Now I must find a new company at this late date. I am very disappointed, and I would never deal with Show Low Garage Doors again. They could have at least had the courtesy to have called and said they were just too busy. This is no way to run a business.
Went there to get a quote for rain gutters. After talking to Daniel I felt good enough about getting it done on My Cabin and two Shed.
Just had my first 5,000 gallon water tank delivered. VERY happy with the entire process. No hard sales BS but plenty of welcomed advice! Best of all, everyone there is 100% honest. The delivery location wasn't ideal but somehow the driver easily dropped it with a fraction of an inch where I wanted it! Accurate quote, no "fine print" & very fair price. Just good old fashioned, honest business tactics... the way it should be but unfortunately rare these days. Anyway... good honest people!
Scheduled my appointment a week in advance was given a quote I gave measurements took the day off when it came down to it nobody knew nothing and spoke with the owner he said if I wanted to schedule it it was going to cost me a lot more then the original quote shameful!
Great service, fast friendly. Knowledgeable. I go by once a week to grab barrels, cisterns etc. Worth giving your business to. Owner and wife are very nice.
Called in March of 2017 to replace a broken spring. They came out several days later and temporarily fixed it and ordered a new spring. Six weeks later I called to see if the spring was in. A second person came out to install the spring and informed me that they ordered the wrong spring but he would put in a temporary one until they got the new one. Called the office two months later to see where we were on the spring. I was told they would call back and have never received a call back. They must not need my business so I'm looking elsewhere.
Repaired door temporarily until new door can be installed. Gave us a very good price on new door. Will add more comments when door is installed, although I can't see anything negative at this time.
